They are not on your insurance till they get their license.

That's right. If my mom, who is the owner of her car, does not re-new her license when she is 91 then the car cannot be insured and no one can take her anywhere in it. It will be one expensive golf cart for her to travel 300 yards to get her mail. Hmmm, with the price of utility vehicles maybe not. (4 year old Camry)

some day when we make big improvements in our rocket fuels and propulsion, I can see some kind of mining going on here.
Not very hospitable...average temp minus 81 degrees, not easy to work in that.

if they had all that water once upon a time, and now it's gone, at those temps, not like it was "universe" warming...
I think it's interesting that next rover is due there next year, and will bring its own helicopter/giant drone to scout out what's ahead, since
one of the rovers was lost when it apparently fell in a hole of some sort
they really lasted a long time, cost no object construction I'm sure

to preserve our species, lot of bright minds say some of us need to get off Earth at some point
