Yes they are dancing. Getting setup on my camera to take a video takes time. I need to practice doing it.

Son made me a offer to buy my DJI Mavic Mini yesterday. Then I could buy a Air 2. Would like some of the features. But not sure I need to spend $1k for a drone. :confused3:

Here's a first flight video by Ian of London. It makes sense that a $1K drone would have advanced features, especially collision avoidance to protect itself and your investment.

It's also clear that it is more powerful, and capable of bucking the wind better than the Mini. That means a better chance of safely returning home.

But like you, I'm not so enthusiastic about piloting drones that I have to have the latest thing, or all those fancy capabilities. And I'm happy to wait until the weather's right to fly, which is probably a good idea regardless of the drone's capabilities. And the Mini does very well at what I bought it for: aerial reconnaissance. In that sense, it's the most expensive camera I own, and doubling the cost isn't going to result in any significant increase in image quality.:2cents:

Had a long talk with son. I am going to stick with Mini. He will be buying one also for Mustang events. Not practical to share. He lives 500 miles away. Then he asked what I wanted for my Birthday/Fathers Day. My response. You have to ask?

RNG. I like the refill tap. Wanted to do as well, wasn’t cheap and no advantage price wise. Actually possible here to pay less/gal for refill than my bulk price. Would have liked the convenience.
