25 right now...high in the mid-50's today.
Dump run this morning...that's about all the required chores. Think I'll go down to the field and pop a couple dozen rounds today...

Good morning, 28°F and he high is gonna be 54. Wind E 8 mph. Partly sunny/mainly cloudy depending on your outlook on life.

The NB trip was uneventful as long as you don't count the braindead people that have no clue what they are doing nor where they are going until I try to go around them. Then they all of a sudden stomp on the throttle.

Today is BH installing day for sure. We are expecting rain for the next 4 days after today.

Have a safe day all

Here is an interesting animal caught on the trail cam, and a red fox for comparison.

What kind of dog you call that...interesting.

Thanks, Don, I really appreciate you taking an interest.

Unfortunately cashews, along with most nuts, are on the verboten menu for me, due to their high oxalate content. Do you think chickpeas or wild rice would be a viable substitute? :confused2:

I have never tried a substitute for cashews. If the recipe would called for tofu instead of cashews I would say you could substitute, but the cashews add a sweetness flavor unlike the tofu, rice and chickpeas. So now we need to find a substitute for that taste and add it.

Red wine vinegar and garlic might be that substitute.
Here is one that uses tofu:
Easy Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff - Brand New Vegan

Sour Cream

16 oz EF tofu, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

Drinking first cup of coffee. 39° with rain and thunderstorms this morning. Heading to 53° with continued rain. .7" rain overnight. Got a couple of small projects done yesterday. Took a short walk in what little sun we got yesterday evening. Never got as warm a forecast. Day 15 of stay at home for me. No real plans today. Putter in shop.
One thing I have noticed is that I have not gotten any spam phone calls since Monday. :dance1: Been getting lots of emails though.
Son's problems at work got solved. Employee apologized and worked extra hard yesterday. Company president called all plants and sent everyone home at noon with pay. Thanking them for all the hard work they have been doing. And asking them to stay healthy and come back Monday.
BIL is slowly improving. Still no results from test.
The case numbers in my corner of Michigan keep going up. 5th highest in USA. Our governor thinks bad mouthing will get what she thinks is needed. What happened to asking politely? :( Off my soap box.
Bluebirds stopped by feeders and posed for a few pictures yesterday.

Buckeye, hope your BIL is improving.

Wngsprd, fox that got its tail caught in a trap or coyote.

Drew, time to conserve energy.

kenmbz, :welcome: to Good Morning !!!

Randy, looks like tractor/mower is perfect fit.

Jay, hope your butt is feeling better. :ashamed:

Rich, I ran into a few of those boss other employee issues over the years. Most of them got their act together after your type of encounter. Or they referred that type of call to me.

RNG, another item off the to do list.

Lou, people are going to their summer places here in MI also. What do they not understand about staying in place.

PJ, hope you get your food stocked. How many eggs can you eat every day?

Kyle, no coffee at work. I have a old 1 quart Stanley metal thermos. Would that help?

Ls, how much could be misplaced in a 6' area? :confused2:

Everyone stay safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.

One of the neighbors was popping more than a couple dozen yesterday. Sounded like fun.

Good evening. Wife did good today. Her first burn pile. I did a lot of walking.
Looks like I can be relegated to just lawn work and let her do the pastures. And yeah...she found the horn on her own.

Looking good, there goes your seat time :(
Are you going to keep the cutter on for ballast all the time?
I found that a backhoe puts a lot of weight back there and is more compact :)
