Good evening. Wife did good today. Her first burn pile. I did a lot of walking.
Looks like I can be relegated to just lawn work and let her do the pastures. And yeah...she found the horn on her own.
Lol. 20200327_130832.jpeg20200327_134535.jpeg

I would send you some Goodnoes but it might melt. Newtown (The village at Newtown) shopping center keeps expanding and a lot more apartments and townhouses. I am up neat Jericho mtn and the kid is going to Council Rock (when it reopens again).

The wifey graduated from Council Rock. Then went to Temple U. Another thing I miss is Philly soft pretzels. Last time I went to Philly, I flew home with a carry-on bag with 3 dozen! I have mastered making cheesesteaks at home though... sometimes hard to find the right meat though.

I dropped the loader and plane, put the deck on and mowed the grass today. The attachments are so easy to take off and put on, it’s amazing. And no, I’m not stuck between trees! LOL But you can see the ugly patches that are just starting to green in. The tractor is so maneuverable that it took the same basic time as my Kubota zero turn, and the cut was terrific.

RNG here is a recipe to make your own Sour Cream.
1 cup cashews
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup water or as needed
1/4 tsp salt or to taste

Soak cashews for a few hours or overnight, drain and rinse.
blend ingredients in a blender add water as necessary for a smooth texture.

Thanks, Don, I really appreciate you taking an interest.

Unfortunately cashews, along with most nuts, are on the verboten menu for me, due to their high oxalate content. Do you think chickpeas or wild rice would be a viable substitute? :confused2:

56 going to 71, maybe a shower.

Real nice tractor pix. Mine's pretty dirty right now. Might blow it off and lube it today if weather is good.

RNG, what do oxalates do negatively?

Mostly, I never got to my wood splitting, either. Roasted coffee instead after taking Coco to park hiking. Saw more people/kids than usual for midday, since often there is no one there - 13 and 1 dog. I guess with school closed, parents are taking their children for short excursions.

Here is an interesting animal caught on the trail cam, and a red fox for comparison.

good morning all.
Payback for too much going on yesterday included major cramps last night, despite trip to hot tub.
Going to take it much easier today.
Will be a hot one today, high 80's and nice, storms not making their way over here

Looks like a red wolf, had plenty of them in the Dismal Swamp area.
