why are we wearing masks when they say this is not airborne?
I believe N95 is the lowest rating out there, but whether you get a "better" filter, again, if not airborne, what is the point?
Seems like washing one's hands would accomplish more and don't touch eyes or mouth with unwashed hands...

As I understand universal precautions and bodily fluid/aerosol transmission N95 masks would work more effectively if those sick wore them and the healthy maintained OCD-like behaviors related to hand washing, using hand sanitizers, avoiding touching one's face, and avoiding those individuals showing less than appropriate measures at containing their sneezes and coughs.

It’s not airborne per se, but it’s transmitted through the droplets in sneezes and coughs, so a rose by any other name.

Just found out I have to travel to meet with a customer tomorrow to discuss an ongoing quality issue. As much as I've wanted to visit this customer (they make orange rotary cutters), I'd rather it be under more positive circumstances. Oh well, goes with the territory I guess. Nine hours of "commute" time there and back. Glad I have satellite radio and my entire CD collection on USB thumb drives.

Sounds like a bittersweet trip...good tunes but bad butt and back. Hope it goes safely and smoothly.

Some good news on the virus...I haven't seen any stats on this since yesterday, but 100% of US citizens with corona have lived, many of them recovered and are no longer in hospitals.

That's a better survival rate (albeit small sample) than the annual flu.

Another good reason to get a flu shot...sure don't want to have the flu and then get exposed to corona.

Looks like schools here are going to have another snow day. A elementary teacher does another version of the snow day whenever it happens.
