Just got home from chiropractor, she was gentle and seems to have gotten the kink out that has plagued me for the last year.. she wants to see me 3 more times, works for me. I have a couple more massages scheduled also.. other than the copays and 35 min drive each way, not too bad. wish I had done something about the back pain much sooner.

Yes, this is the best therapy.
Tonight i rode with my son to get a pizza. Im not gonna worry about them cutting off pt, quite frankly i do more without them.
