A showery, humid 68ºF for today’s low; a cloudy humid 81ºF presently which is probably close to today’s high temperature; waiting for the “cold” front bringing rain and potentially strong T-storms later this PM and later the remains of TS Barry. Doppler radar is getting interesting.

Randy and BEF- My continued + thoughts, wishes, and prayers. Active people confined to hospitals and/or rehab centers is not pretty. Hang in there.
Thomas- Good luck with the bear. For every measure taken there will probably be a counter-measure.
One of the bears here took down a nesting box being used by the tree swallows. Lucky for the swallows it appears the young fledged before the B&E. A temporary fix was initiated and wrens have already moved in.
Lots of bear “scat” around the place here.

The search function, on their web site is almost useless.”- Rick I agree with all the TSC comments/observations. At the closest TSC I do not have to worry about hearing the sales clerks’ product ignorance BS; I suspect they are trained to avoid customer contact except when checking out at the cash register.
Ted- Having family returning to NM is awesome news. I wish you all the best. It’s frustrating to read about your continuing knee challenges.
