Other chores are dump run and pull some weeds, lay weed barrier.

65 outside this AM. Heading to lower 80's. After Sunday, looks like a really hot spell in store for us. Perfect for the power washer on all the buildings and houses. So I'll be saving energy up and not doing anything this weekend. LOL

Day three of fresh air. Love it.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 47° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 77° with lots of sun. Got new computer yesterday. Almost got it setup like old one was. Tried a Acer this time. Dr visit went well. Got fields cut yesterday. Not sure what I am going to do today. May be a good time to stay in and away from all the cottonwood fluff in the air.

Good Morning! Sitting under Spar porch watching the sky turn from red to orange to blue/gray while Whipper is watching 6 deer playing in the golf course bunker really kicking the white sand about. The grounds keeper will think someone let their grandchildren run amuck during the night in the adult’s sandbox.

A run out to the Horticultre center this morning to pick my tomatoes and put a missing lock washer on the box blade. Since I made up the tractor maintenance book they have declared me the maintenance keeper of the tractor- only took a year to replace my “country” tractor with a CA expense free tractor.

66 going to 83...cloudy so feels cooler. 6 rabbits out in the front yard.

No bear activity last night, but talked with a neighbor (1/2 mile away) and they've had the bears at their bird feeders, too. They have used an air horn and hot sauce.

Mowed about 80% of yard and trails yesterday...even over to where we think the bears hang out sometimes.

Thomas, sounds like you may have one at your place. Sounds like a nice day yesterday.

Son and GF and dogs coming today.

Eric, do you have black flies? Read an article this week talking about an explosion of them in Minnesota this year. We don't have them here, but the deerflies are pretty bad, although I've only killed 323 this year.

...and a bigger barn to store them. It took me an hour to move implements, onto 3 pt hitch and off, to get to my grapple to clean up after the storm this week.
