Done for today...septic insulate and cover grass in,rest of the mulch spread,good pickup load
of loam spread,shower dinner and watch some Lone Star later this evening.

Do you find that people have a hard time believing that people who live in Hawaii leave to go on vacation?
Given the option, most of he time I’d just stay here.
Wife has wanted to do the Alaskan cruise for sometime. Decided last year we sure do while still physically able and treat our son and family.

I see that I have lots to catch up on spent some time today as I watched the Yankee game.
Randy hope that your recovery is going well don't try to over do and keep moving forward that also goes for all who are or have been sick.

Have been busy wife has her hands full with her mom who is living with her, dementia getting worse a difficult situation good thing I still own 2 homes I presently have a weekend wife. Looks like we are going to need to place her in a memory care facility for her safety as well as my wife's. Some how she ended up in the lake house.
To keep out of trouble I have been entertained by 4 German Shepard's and trying to get an old ford 2n running.

Good evening all. 68F this morning, mostly clear, light wind. Wind increased to moderate late morning, sky became partly cloudy, high temp was 92F. Men's meeting this morning followed by bike ride, nap after lunch completed days activities. Tornado watch tonight. till midnight, not sure anything will come of it all stronger development, has been closer to Dallas.

One of the SAG (rest stop) groups plays dress up every day to divert attention to one's hurting butt, museum in Talmage KS, and last day a group of flute players provider music for breakfast.

Happy Bday Ron (albeit almost belated).
I went to a funeral Tuesday for my friend's mom who fought a valiant fight against pancreatic cancer. There were quite a few people at the viewing.
On the way home, I found out my barber had passed away unexpectedly on Monday morning. Don, did you know Ben? I had just got a haircut last Friday and we had some really good conversation.
Prayers for Randy. I can only guess this stuff really has him down.
Wifey and kids spotted a dead copperhead on the road about 400 yards from the house.
I'm really busy at work, trying to make a bench top design for a possible satellite project.

Should have been saying goodbye to a few lambs this morning that had been sorted to go to the livestock auction. Instead got a call last night with a rumour that was confirmed by a text this morning to say it has closed. They have already built houses on part of the site, no doubt more will now follow.
Only homeless vegans will celebrate as that means an end to all the other types of auction held there. In the past I have helped others to unload unwanted items and never ceased to be surprised when someones junk, such as a rusty old gas pump, turned out to be the next persons long sought after treasure.
Ron, have you managed to blow all those out candles yet ? Here's hoping your 28,125th day on this rock is another good one.
