Sweet spot for old iron. Bought and sold my Farmall Cub for the same price. But it took a lot of my blood with it. LOL.
It is hard for me to forestall downsizing in the next year or two and since my land lease ends next Spring, time to sell when
someone can actually use it right away. My potatoes are coming out Saturday after next, that's what I used the Super A for most, hilling and cultivating.
My arms and wrists hurt so much after driving it I came to the fast conclusion I needed power steering for the future.
Snicking that shift lever back and forth from 1 to R without making a crunch and getting the motion smooth at the end of the row, that was
fun. Everyone on YouTube grinds their gears. This is where having a new clutch put in helped. 1001 shift. You just can't rush it...
That gear shift lever is light action and makes a nice sound.
Changing implements is a struggle for me, always need help, and since I'm done using it,
and this tractor is a dripper, might as well have it drip somewhere else...
Have all the attachments including three point hitch.
sun is coming up and time to go pick tomatoes.
Those girls got into the cucumber patch yesterday and did pretty well so likely not
going to find much there. All the time they spent giggling and literally squealing with delight when they found a
new baby watermelon will be a nice memory for me.
