Don, if you can, drive the Honda equivalent.
Car reviews say it's more fun to drive and maybe better economy.
They all require a learning curve today, have given up figuring out some things on my Audi.
I'm not a big fan of CVT's but some do it better than others. Nissan's are nice inside too and durable.
As complicated as cars are today, long warranties are always good.
Can't go wrong with Hyundai or Kia either. Lot of choices today.

I know one thing, no more cars with fully automatic windshield wipers you can't adjust for normal delayed speeds.
Some of these little we know better than you features are maddening.

Just called Toyota was wanting to pay extra for a solid roof. No can do. Sun roofs and panoramic roofs only make the vehicles hotter. I'll check out Honda.

FedEx tracking says my new flail is in town for delivery tomorrow. Not sure what that means as I’ve always gotten call to go pick up. At least tractor is back running and forks are ready to off load.

Reading the NWS and associated weather discussion groups' current use of neologisms brings me back to those happy years babysitting mandated (semi-medicated) psychotic "therapy groups." Bombo/cyclo-genesis are entrance words to a whole new world of meteo-babble. 'Over/under- performing" are now the new descriptors of now more humanized (modeled) storm systems to engage the masses. I learned more about weather at the "Transfer Station AKA 'Dump.'" I am keeping my powder dry for a decent "convective" event.

Today I discovered that trying to walk the perimeter or trying to get on the tractor with a crutch needed a little more time due to mud/ice and/or limited ROM. Brogen got through the vet experience w/o too much drama. It was his first day walking the lower field with Wifey, a ride in the truck in 10 weeks, and the vet experience. The vet exam room became awfully hot, humid, hair flying, and somewhat slimy with a heavily panting #165 passive aggressive dog and the 4:1 involvement... Not a place to wear black clothing.. Brogen and the vet clinic Black Cat had a brief goodbye ceremony. He can not bite and the cat had no front claws. The cat started it. All's well that ends well.

Jay, your description of the vet trip was keeping us in stitches....had a perfect visual perception. The cat interface was probably quite the show! Glad you are getting back to "normal":thumbsup::shocked:

LFN, did you get the new wheels mounted? Need pics please.... Not too bad of a price for the work you had done.

The new wheels will go on with the summer tires at the beginning of May. One of the problems with living in 'snowy areas' is that you need to have 2 complete sets of tires. The plain jane rims will stay in the snow tires and the chrome rims will be in the summers.
I will get a shot of the 4 of them raw tomorrow and post it in the afternoon.

I think I will make that a priority item when choosing a new vehicle. The ease of changing time. I changed it on the Forester this years driving home from the store - an am still alive to talk about it.

One thing that's hard to compare on new vehicles is, how loud the interior is when the tires have 30,000+ miles. I know my boss' 2009 RAV 4 is NOISY with bad tires. I have to ask, what's a matter with the Subaru. Drew first and now you, selling your subarus and not getting a new one....hummm.

Rick, you could drive by and spray round up at night.....my buddy just bought a used 100 gallon 3pt spray rig with a pto roller pump. He says it pumps up to 100psi and will shoot far with the hand wand.
