75° here this morning and forecast to 96° this afternoon.

Likelihood, that it won’t rain, is lowered to 50% tomorrow and 40% Wednesday so ...... maybe?

Thanks for compliments on our small tank. The catfish are still happy.

Started getting busy on the large tank yesterday. I’m trying to get a lot done before water level goes back up. I did a lot of spraying 6 weeks ago and 3 weeks ago. This tank has a lot of sedge, smart weed, and cat tails. I’ve been spraying Roundup Pro Aquatic glyphosate, mixed at 2.5%, plus non-ionic surfactant. My sprayer is a North Star rated at 2.2 gym / 70 psi. This sprayer is reserved for spraying aquatic glyphosate only.

IMG_3473.JPG

I have a second similar sprayer that I use for fence lines, etc. with RM43 Glyphosate / Imazpyr, plus surfactant.

I did find a soft spot, along edge, with the Kubota ZD1211 yesterday. It looked dry but, it was just a thin crust on top of mud.
Lucky for me it was beside the workshop where my Polaris Ranger was parked. Hooked on with a tow strap and had it out in less than 10 minutes.

Time to get busy.

Prayers for all.

Thomas, any interesting pictures on your once lost, now found camera that might show the culprit that took it?

74°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 95° again today.

Sorry to read about the family struggles, Randy. My Mother had started to develop some dementia just before she died. She occasionally called me her brother's name, which increased in frequency as time passed. The last time I saw her, she didn't know who I was. It's a terrible thing to watch someone dear to you endure.

I always think about your "slow roll to work," Thomas. Mine hasn't been too bad all summer. But, now that school is back, traffic has changed. Plus, they closed one of the bridges across the Mississippi River this week (will be closed for a year) for major repairs, which crowds the remaining bridges even more. I'm having to leave 10 minutes earlier now to get to work on time. First world problems.

It was 37° when I got up but now it 34°, it didn't make out of the 60' yesterday. Today is going to be sunny and in the mid 70's and a light wind.

Yesterday went well and everything is going good for my wife.
Drew ... Even the shopping therapy.

Wishing everyone with health and family problems the best.

Going up to help the neighbor with the sheep wagon this morning. I'll try and remember to get a few pictures.

Hope everyone has a nice day.

Good morning everyone. This is a particularly good morning here; the air is clear and smells good. I can see the mountains on both sides of the valley clearly. I know it will be gone in a day or two but I'll take what I can get. Sure wish the western states could get a big wet storm off the pacific and put out all the fires.

I don't know what the temperature is but I'm guessing upper 30's with a high today in the 70's.

Hope ya'll have a nice day.

Just came in from digging a hole.

Felt a spongy area in the turf above the underground path that the pipe travels from the well to the house.

Water seeping into bottom of hole slowly...have not found the pipe yet, but did find the phone number to the plumber :).

Smart man!

My dad would just tell us kids to have it uncovered when he got home from work. Lol

Nice idea Randy. I just throw mine in the bed of the Polaris Ranger. I’ve got a permanent 12v hookup cable with on / off switch for the pump. Works with both sprayers ..... plug & play / plug & spray.

I really like the on-demand pump too.

This cooler weather with the clean air is very refreshing.

I read this thread over on rv forum, interesting read about Ford diesel issue. Might be of interest to those running 2011 up Ford diesels (I think that is the year the issue starts). In any case, a spare replacement part might be a good thing if you venture far from home.

70°F and .17 inches rain.
A couple hours progress with bushhog yesterday. Hopefully a bit more today

Sears repair coming this afternoon for the dryer. Total nothing when pressing control panel. Only sign of life is interior light with door open.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

I have a harness connected to the battery that stays on all the time that plugs into the sprayer, a spotlight for snow removal, etc...

I have the Chinese knock off of that sprayer from Tractor Supply. Fimco I think it is. So far they've been good about being able to get parts, but when the pump/motor went out, I went to a local company in Chico that makes and sells agricultural sprayers and got a made in USA replacement. It dropped right in, the copy was so good. And it cost almost as much as the entire spray rig, but five years later it's still going strong. Had I to do it again, I'd have just purchased the whole rig from the ag store...:duh:

I have a 20 gal fimco with pump, and rarely use it. Now that i have the ranger, need to make a 12v lead for it.
