Good morning (evening), I have to get back to a morning schedule.... Anyway, low of 48°, went up to 86°, then a quick t-storm developed dropping the temp down to 68°. I actually got chilled. Quick storm, poured 0.3" along with some pea sized hail. Not enough to cover the ground like before. Sprinkling about once an hour since then, only a few minutes at a time. Grass is actually starting to grow...might have to cut it in another week (LOL)... Will be only the second time this summer.
Well, I got really mad while at the taxation bureau....they had no record of the properties/improvements being corrected. Got hold of the assessor' office manager who haphazardly "remembered" the issue. She said: "yes, everything has been corrected, I just need to send that information over to the taxation dept." I maintained my cool and asked her why it has been ongoing since May 11th, and since I first brought it to her attention on June 15th? She said "it just has to go through so many departments to be verified". I asked her: "to verify what? The county's screw-up? She got on it right away....still going to take a week to a week and a half before they have the paperwork in order. I WANT TO GET A JOB LIKE THIS!....
Ed, congrats on your lathe find. Post some pics.
Wing, Hope Coco does ok and that your not affected.
Drew, you must be bored silly now that the garden is slowing down....I know you must be thinking of the next project....
Hey...guess what...HUMP DAY! WooHoo!
