Rick- Too cool. Thanks for sharing. This could finally be the "RC Toy" with which my wife approves. Thanks for sharing. I got curious about this unit and rollover angle:
How Steep Will It Mow? - YouTube

It can handle a steep slope = It would cost a small fortune.

I could walk Brogen from the convenience of a lawn chair. ;)

68°F and another .75 inches rain.

Long, busy day ahead. Off to Kona side. First stop Lowe’s, then Costco, then lunch with the retired military guys.

Glad to report that wife feels up to it.

Prayers for all

Be safe
Have a great day

My thumb should be here today, I hope[/I].

and hopefully the rest of your hand too, unless you had quite the Friday night. :D

in for lunch, it's all planted, now going back out to pick some snow peas. 83 degrees and bright blue day.

Glad Sophie is feeling better, wish Rip's wife was. Sometimes a long road to travel.

Good Morning!!!! 54F @ 9:45AM. Mostly cloudy this morning. A few showers developing during the afternoon. High 61F. Winds S at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

There's no place like home, Randy.

Bet that 72" deck'll save you some time, Rick.

The RidgeRunner looks like a toy compared to the TraxxRF by Alamo. But for $62K for a used one, it's a lot cheaper (and easier) just to let the grass grow on those hillsides! Nice try, Rick:laughing:

Nice'n'cool yesterday morning, so I decided to try out the $150 repair job the Stihl dealer had done on the hedge clippers. Saw started right up, but when I took the Kubota side-by-side by the fire ring, a sidewall clipped a rock and started hissing. Made it back to the garage and found an inch and a half gash, too much for the tire sealant inside. With no easy way to carry off the clippings, I got another tire on order and fell back to plan B: more carb work. Finished assembly of the first one just as the neighbor, my buddy with the trailer, and his wife came down to say hi. We all enjoyed a peak at the blossoming lupines, but her eye was caught by the large Jeffersonian sage plants I hadn't got to trim. She asked for a pair of pruning shears and went to town cutting sprigs to sprout so she'd have some of her own. Then her old man gave me a hand fishing a new wire in the trailer, and showed me how the new fenders will mount. He had his hands full cleaning up three fairly large oaks that came down in yesterday's wind, so I offered to give him a hand. In his usual style he declined, saying it wasn't that big a job.:confused2: They had to get back home, so I hitched a ride to the top of the driveway with them in his restored Bronco, which was bucking like one. He told me a tale of swapping Diesel #2 into a transport tank he normally uses for gas, and how too much of the #2 remained in it when he switched back. We made it to the top, though, and I watched them lurch on down the road as they left. Carb #2 went into the ultrasonic cleaner, this time with Stoddard solvent in it, but didn't get much of a cleaning. Today I'm gonna try some aircraft grade Simple Green and see how that does.

Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Real nice set up, Roy. Hope it shot well. Thanks for posting.

It did, but I've got to do a bit more sighting in...

I'm not sure if it was you who asked about feed problems with a brand of ammo, but I noticed today, the second mag that came with the gun had problems...no feeding or FTE, but the mag follower was pushing through the mag lips. I hadn't used this mag yet. If it was you that posted (IIRC, it was CCI Subsonic segmented), your problem might be the magazine

Does White Castle still exist? I haven't seen one in years. Here's a new place we've never been and think we may try. Anyone know anything about it? 54th Street | Family Restaurant in St. Louis, Kansas City, San Antonio, Dallas

Looks like they have everything from burgers to steaks and seafood.

We did try the 54th Street Grill and Restaurant, went a little early to get home in time to watch the Texas Rangers vs. Toronto Blue Jays baseball game (my wife is more of a Rangers fan than I am). And I think we picked the right place to eat for several reasons: (1) I wear hearing aids and some restaurants are too noisy for me to hear; this place wasn't too noisy, (2) I sometimes have a very hard time hearing and understanding waiters, but not here. The young man we had spoke clearly and was easy to understand, (3) service was very good and plenty quick enough, and (4) the food was great.

I had the blackened sirloin and shrimp with a loaded backed potato, green beans, and a frozen margarita and my wife had the BBQ ribs and fried chicken with French fries and iced tea. And we had one of their little loaves of bread with honey butter. All very good.
