Drew, 4 Christmas concerts, one yesterday, 1 tomorrow,1 Thursday, and the grand finale Sunday morning at Chapel.

Farmer, that is how it works, you don't get the same "terms" she gets :confused3:

Don, because the collar has such a hard time, probably runs the battery down faster. Have you made progress on whipper wearing a collar yet?

Buckeye, sounds like more healing is happening, more prayer sent.

Just had a disappointing day with Whipper's new tracking device. It was advertised using the AT&T phone system which is the only cell service with good service out here, but it came with t-mobile sim. They finally admitted they "got a deal" with t-mobile that is why they had a sale on them. It was only was tracking 9% of the time. Back it goes for a refund and a bad review for not warning buyers of the change of carrier. Whipper has to learn to find her own way back till technology catches up with her. The 9% that it worked was very impressive, but the battery was at 50% after just 7 hours.

While good to hear it was working, frustrating to hear they switched carriers without informing you. Whipper doing better with training?

I admit I kind of like going into Harbor freight, but I always wish for a clothes pin to put on my nose. I hate the smell of Chinese cosmoline.

I'm right there with you, Kyle, but in my case it's the Chinese tires that smell bad enough to gag a maggot. Even worse, the darn things won't even hold are for longer than a few days!

23 right now...and it's not going to get any warmer today. Light snow is still coming down. We got about a foot, all told...

Good morning. So nice to see the reading from the outside thermometer showing a couple of degrees above freezing. I thought a thaw was here by all the mini avalanches crashing down off the roof in the night. Haven't looked yet to see how the roof gutter is holding up. Had problems a few years ago when snow bent several of the support brackets. We don't tend to have snow guards fitted to the roof in this country. Our gutter really needs a lot more support brackets, however with bricks all the way up to the eaves and all bonded in lime mortar, it's possible that putting in more brackets will then pop the top course of bricks under the force of falling snow. Has anyone tried those brushes or slats that sit in the gutter and are intended to deflect leaves and snow ?

Not sure how many more times I can read the words "Instant Pot" before Google tips off the boys in blue to come with their sniffer dog and see what I'm growing :)

22 outside this AM. The wind came late yesterday and old man winter blessed us. Yikes. Does not appear to warm up much these next few days. Hope all have a great day. More paperwork today and nothingness on the agenda.

Mighty cold everywhere this morning, 26 here only going up to 42. It's an undershirt day for sure.
Eric, good one! Now if that little cooker really did make instant you know what, something tells me it will be out of stock for awhile...:D

Didn't get my Christmas cookies done yesterday, too nice a day outside. Today will be a good day to run the oven.

That microwave of RS's caught my eye too. Mostly for warming up a mug of coffee...
