Good morning!!!!

68F and partly cloudy @ 11:15, predicted high for the day is 75F. Rain due in tomorrow with a big temperature drop after it arrives. Tuesday's high predicted to be only 56F.

Managed to get almost all the grass/leaves cut and blown into windrows yesterday ... front, back, and sides. Have to pick them up today.

Really not all that many down ... hawthorns and dogwoods are bare ... and there are a couple of maples that have lost most of their leaves but most of them are still hanging on.

Blades really need changed out, will have to sharpen the spare set and stick them on.

With the cooler temps this coming week may try to get some firewood split, assuming it's not too wet.

Per RNG's request. Not all that spectacular I'm afraid.

Blowing mulching seems to be more work than mowing, but least its cooler doing so. :)

My foliage fun. 6, 8x12 tarp loads in the pile. Last year the pile was almost as big as my tractor. Going to be a long couple of weeks.
Started in the 40's and now is up to 70 degrees.

Tuesday Wednesday this week winds in your area will be shaking the leaves off the trees.

I usually end up with 7or8 days worth of raking. The pile was so big one year my ck20 couldn't move it. The B2650 should push it deeper into the woods.

Raking leaves- never one on my life’s joys. Probably one reason we don’t have trees close to the house and those that do fall just get mowed over.

Didn’t really find anything we needed at the case lot sale, but somehow I spent $140

Looks like a contest..."guess how many leaves"... too bad you have to be the judge and count them all. :)

Got most of the leaves picked up, front, sides, and back.

Also dropped the MMM deck another 1/2" to 2 1/2" height and ran over almost all of the front lawns.

Picked up 6 TracVac loads of grass clippings and leaves. Should be a good nitrogen source for the compost pile.

Looks like the rain is due in tomorrow around 13:00 ... so have a small window tomorrow morning to finish it up.

May start working on the design tonight for the new lawn vac ... the ol' TracVac is getting a little long in the tooth.

That way I might have a reasonable shot at getting it done before next fall ...
