For some reason I thought you splurged on a MIG welder, Drew. :confused2: I haven't stick welded since I got one ten years ago.
Will they let you keep your new-to-you O/U at home, Eric, or just at your gun club? And can you shoot on your own land?
Don't know if your allergist will go for it, Farmer, but once I got up to maintenance dose without any reactions, I didn't have to hang around for the 20 minutes.
Nice temperatures this morning for a change, so the screen doors are open, at least until it warms up enough. Not much breeze, though, so the house isn't exactly chilly inside, but it is cooler than when the A/C is running.
Got the exhaust system fitted to the old bike for testing, and while everything fit, it wasn't good. I think one pipe is off a bit because I had to force everything on that side up with a floor jack to get the hanger over the engine mount stud. I think an email to jolly ol' England is needed...
Noticed a few other rubber parts that needed replacing, so added them to the list and will get them ordered this morning.
I was laying in bed reading last night when the lamp in the ceiling fan came on all by itself. It had happened once before since the remote control was installed, and the one in the great room will do it too, so I wasn't surprised. But then it started dimming and brightening all by itself, as if a poltergeist was having a little fun. As soon as I grabbed the remote is stopped, so maybe that shooed it away?:laughing:
