Good morning!!!!

59F @ 08:00 ... going up to 81F with the possibility of strong thunderstorms throughout the day.

We got dumped on pretty good last night, so more really isn't needed. Grass will be growing like mad. Still haven't mowed the lawn yet this year ... so it will all need to be picked up once it finally dries out enough to mow. More material for the compost pile. Also managed to dodge the bullet on plowing the drive this winter.

With the warm weather finally here, I've started to get some outside work done again. Three full days of yardwork, including two with The Woman's help.

Gonna go up to the shop here in a few and do a little clean up in there ... need to make some room and get the tractor in for some maintenance.

The Julidochromis continue to spawn pretty regularly ... probably have fry from 5 or 6 spawns in there at this point. A couple of the larger fry, with Momma:

Yesterday was sunny and hit 60, today raining intermittent with breeze. Grand daughter is getting up at 6am, much too early for Grandma... Daughter leaves for work by 6:30 so at least she can say bye..

Morning (barely) y'all,

My 8 year old LOVED riding the Quad with my wife Tory last night. I got video and some pics too, but they are on my phone...

Next major life event is about to start... MASSIVE remodel! Basically we are getting rid of everything except the basement and the massive steel beams holding up the house and building a brand new house, garage, screen porch & decks over and around it.

I've got 2 different builders looking over my design I had professionally drawn up, and I've got my banker doing a financial colonoscopy... LOL...

Should be VERY exciting!

We are thinking we will buy some sort of a trailer and live here during construction. We will see how that goes...

That sounds like a huge undertaking, MFW. At least we were able to live in our finished walkout basement until the upstairs remodel was complete. Good luck in your endeavor.

use enough anesthesia and you won't feel a thing...but the total will definitely give you gas.

one tiny polyp; must have immediately fallen asleep because never remembered one second of procedurethumbsup; just waking up.

am too tired to do much of anything today...having a cup of coffee and a piece of chicken and will likely go take a nap.
David/MFW, you can rent a "park model" travel trailer which will be very comfortable; with all the work going on you need to get out. Those ladies
will never get their hair done right if you leave them there and you will for sure be blamed for all fashion issues...

The basement will look like a swimming pool with giant I-Beams across it... LOL Can't live there!

When done it will have added Glass French doors and approx 1/2 of basement will be an Irish Pub style man-cave with full bathroom and galley kitchen with the rest as storage and equipment. I sure hope I never HAVE to live there!!! LOL!

I've been looking for a rental. not finding any. My wife is a member of "Wilderness Presidential Resorts" an we will try the auction on Saturday to get a inexpensive 28" trailer/cabin I think.

Glad the DR says you are clear. Glad you liked my joke also...
