When we put our place in Windsor PA up for sale, one lady called about and asked how close the place was to the neighbors.
My response was "close enough to see the neighbors, but far enough to pee off the back porch"
That lady and her ol' man bought the place...

The meeting with the adjuster went well, I gave him a run down of visible damage and my estimate he said a check will be mailed next week. If the expences exceed the check or if other damage is found submit the invoices and a second check will be issued. How easy.

Thats good i skiped alot of flushes cause i can pee off front or back porch don't matter.

Another gorgeous day in Florida. It rained a bit, but cleared up nice. I went swimming at the beach, but I was the only one in the water. I guess being from Michigan, my idea of cold is not the same as the locals....��
