you simply need to teach your trimmer to clean up its own mess, not the operator's fault.

you sound like you overdid it too, not much chance of any slackers around here. I have started to follow Today's Seat Time a little and am always in awe as to what folk accomplish.

actually I could use a couple of days being a slacker. But I'd have to leave here and go to the beach or something. Next year for that, now my adventure is at home.

David, I'm drooling over your diesel tank. How many gallons a year do you burn in your two tractors?With diesel one should really use it up at least every two years, more if you have condensation issues.Do you have a diesel car or truck and can you use this fuel in vehicles as the farmer we all know you to be?

Use about 300g/yr between the tractors and the Genset. Hoping the new Genset is a bit more efficient. Doubtful I'll have to worry about aging. I did install a water filter and will dump in some additive from time to time. Even when I had the GMC Duramax I wouldn't dare burn the red diesel in it - I'd get caught

47 right now...a lot warmer then this time yesterday! The high is going to be 75.

Picked up the correct shower handle at Home Depot...works fine. I had put the shower cartridge in reversed...(hot on the right, cold on the left), so I've got to pull the cartridge out and flip it 180 degrees. Since my stepdaughter brought her cats up from her old place (which is fine...keep the mice and small rodents at bay), I'll have to swap the cartridge around in a few days...

63 this morning and headed to 64 today. Doesn't sound too promising. Had some pretty rough storms last night several funnel clouds around. Don't think any touchdowns but that's fine. Rain off and on again today. Long day as birds are leaving.

a warm 68 degrees here, headed to 81; appears to be the last day where temps will hit 80. Showers and rain coming in tonight. Headed to the DMV today to get my NC tags on the vehicles, since my driver's license came in on Friday. And then I have to buy a mattress set since my sister is showing up in two weeks and she won't be pleased if there isn't a bed for her.
None of the national mattress chains are around here; wonder if I should try 1 800 mattress or something. There is so much markup on mattresses it's easy to pay too much.

Good morning! A significant cooling last night 57˚. Sunny, getting to only 75˚ with NW winds, nice. We got 1/2" rain with this front bringing the total for a week to 2.5" - no dust for a few days.
