Got my workout done, had dinner, going back out to work in the shop. I am down to 182, hope to get to 170 in a month or so. The diet is harder than the exercise....![]()
Eating healthy was the easy part for me. It helps that I love veggies. And I've come around on cardio. I walk 2 miles a day at 4 1/2 mph. Now lifting heavy things that I'm just going to put back down in the same place, is not so fun to me.
