Good morning all. Missed this morning's temp it is up to 82F already sunny and windy. High of 93F with heat advisory and pollen alert :) . Still need to get the lawn trimmed, up meeting with real estate lady tomorrow. Also clean kitchen and dry paint, it is all so exciting.

69F and .28 inches rain last 24 hrs another blue sky morning.

Hope to get my table top cut to size, sanded and stained today.

68 degrees now and heading to the low 90痴 today and clear. Roy I usually catch a water hose or tarp at least once a ear. Go the weather vane mounted yesterday morning, gift from the kids!

Drew, you fine a solution to the leg cramps, please share. So far the only remedy I've found is to get up and walk them off :(

Wayne, nice looking vane there. That cost a few $$$. I am going back out to work on stuff. Got so much to do, that I just go starte whatever I feel like....

Got my workout done, had dinner, going back out to work in the shop. I am down to 182, hope to get to 170 in a month or so. The diet is harder than the exercise....:)

If I'm going to be working muscles a lot I start off with watermelon because:

If you have worked out you legs a lot be sure not to have alcohol that evening. It will not aid you in hydration and the experiments :) conducted do lead to leg cramps.

When I have leg cramps I can usually stumble to the kitchen and get 3 big glasses of water, sit a while and they go away. (Of course in about an hour I'm back up to go to the restroom.)

Agree 100%.

I used to say cutting down on meat and increasing veggies was too hard. Then I said that's easy but being vegetarian is very hard to do. Then I said being vegan is very hard to do and vegetarians have it made. Then I said being fat free vegan is very hard to do and plain vegans have it made. Then I said being fat free, vegan, whole food, low sugar was too hard but I'm getting use to it.

For those who think they can work out and then eat anything they want as a reward - I just laugh. I was there once also . . . . . had to learn the hard way. . .

Great day today wife and I had a ball . Lots of shopping and the like great food and evening on beach that let me get an hour and half nap. Ocean is warm no jelly fish seen life is good. Tomorrow hopefully more of the same
