Drinking iced coffee this morning. 72° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 84° with chance of thunderstorms in late afternoon. Off to PT this morning. Then work on cleaning up already started projects.

boy I wish. maybe boxed up for the funny farm.
but happy days, my neighbor across the street has a college age son home who works out at the gym and I offered
him twenty bucks an hour to tote boxes. boy it will be nice to just point...
last night I woke up with awful leg cramps; just cannot go up and down those stairs that many times today.
am drinking lots of water, taking vitamins and eating a banana a day, and my electrolytes haven't been off, so i don't know where the cramps
are coming from, but it was all I could do to bend and stretch to get them to go away. Usually I have to go into the shower and use hot water, but not this time.
well, maybe hair of the dog, should keep right at it...with a helper like a sensible person.
and I do seem to be looking a bit trimmer with all this exercise.
on top of all the boxing I've been working on the last parts of my Cub Cadet 1968 model 125 garden tractor I bought for the fun of restoring. Have the last few parts to paint yellow, and then the hood...oh the hood. frankenstein welds in it, did my best to grind out someone else's efforts and I guess that little dent, soon to be covered in shiny white paint, with new International Cub Cadet 125 hood stripes which unfortunately miss the welded area. Not going to bother, yet, to rehab the mower deck; took it all off including the hangers so i have a nice high clearance pulling machine. Could pull a small tree sprayer, a cart, it will find a purpose in the barn.
hoping to have a guys party in the next month to help put it back together. Guys who know how to use a wrench, for sure.
Either need to get it out of my garage to show the house, or a little garage theater as something fun to do in the garage. This garage mr househunter, not that crappy house up the street...
carpenter/painter coming today to repaint/retape kitchen ceiling where the sheetrock tape cracked, and a handful of other get it ready jobs. Electrician comes later in the pm to change out the motor in my attic vent which should really help on these hot days. Current motor was frozen solid, but yes, it was a standard model motor and easily replaceable. Yeah, you crawl up there on that non floored attic, not me.

Good morning everyone, 75Fthis morning, suppose to hit 89F. Canada is tomorrow but my work gave us today off so we have a long weekend. Have to get ready to have the kids over for dinner as we are celebrating my youngest boy's 23rd birthday.

Drew legs cramps at night are rough most of the time walk them off. Lots to do before a move, hopefully everything goes according to plan for you. And your new place holds all that you hope for and then some

The birds are singing this morning like never before, sun is bright only a couple of lonely clouds in the sky. Ocean is shimmering this morning as well. Work has been very busy of late six days plus a week now good for some down time. Son is in Dallas for a few days so just wife and I on vacation and we are having fun. Good Morning and happy Fourth Of July

Another warm day ahead, high 80's.
The mini-split units are doing a fine job. We turn them on mid-morning, and off around 9 or 10 pm seems to be the developing pattern for this warm spell.
I think I'll bring some seasoned firewood for this winter into the garage today. Any surface moisture is cooked off in this weather and the wood is dry inside.
Drew it sounds like you are doing all the right stuff in preparation to sell. Pace yourself and stay healthy.
