Good Afternoon. 1335, scattered clouds, 84F with 75% humidity. Forecast high of 85F with 28% chance of showers this afternoon, and a low of 69F tonight. I was at work until midnight, and back at 0600 this morning. Altha High School had their Project Graduation last night. That is where all the kids spend the night after graduation to keep them off the roads. Tonight is Blountstown's Proj Grad, and I have two late night parties on Saturday. It wouldn't take a Gypsy women to foresee very little sleep in my future:eek:

Now Larro, you are making me drool, not food this time, but your cousin's M8540 with a grapple. I have this marvelous grapple from Long that is a size too big for my L. Now the intelligent, sensible logical thing to do is sell the grapple and get the next size down. Well, I'd rather get the next size up tractor to fit it...:confused3::tractor::tractor:

Drew, it is quite the tractor. He used to park it under my barn so he wouldn't have to haul it back and forth to Tampa each time. And can you believe that he didn't leave the key in it? I think that is just rude. I would have put fuel in it if {when} I used it.

I got the garden tilled for my renter. It was harder than I thought, the ground is heavy clay, and I found a old stump in the middle. Then the garage door there was jammed up. Spent 2 hours fixing that. Now I need to mow here at home before it looks like a hayfield.

Yeah, that is rude!!! :) I used to work nights and split shifts, lack of sleep can be really hard on you. I got to the point of 2nd guessing myself a lot when I was working nights. I made too many mistakes after days of crappy / no sleep. Be careful.

56*F on a rainy evening here.

Did nothing today. Yesterday I felt sort of achy and slow while working firewood, my late breakfast never really felt like it settled, and in the late afternoon I had fever chills. I dunno what ails me. Might be a good idea to get tested for Lyme disease. Hard to tell if my joint aches are due to age and arthritis or something else. About one month ago I had a fever for about two days with no other symptoms.

The rain is supposed to clear out tomorrow mid-day. If it dries up enough by evening I should get the mower out.

Last night driving home I ran over the reflectors about half the time, just to keep myself awake. In the past I have slept at Margie's old house in town when I had late nights and early mornings, but it burned down a few years ago. If the customers were leaving, I could sleep on the Conference Room carpet. I have done that before. But tonight's customers have the whole building all night long. I will be doing some serious napping tomorrow during the day. I have nodded off several times at my desk this afternoon, but each time I do, the phone rings and wakes me up. What is crazy is after working almost nonstop from Thursday to Monday, I won't have to work again until next Sunday. The older I get, the tougher this crazy schedule is.
