Good afternoon. 1630, cloudy, 91* with 60% humidity. {although heat index is 104*} Tonight's forecast is for a low of 70* with no chance of rain. Tomorrow night it is supposed to get down to 68*, so fall is just around the corner. But the highs will still be in the 90's for a while.

I have a wedding party at work this weekend. They have the lockout for tonight so they can set up and have the rehearsal dinner. The wedding is set for tomorrow. You never know how late lockouts will be. They could be out of here by 8 or 9, or I might be chasing them out at midnight. Since I get paid by the hour, the midnight leaving time if fine with me.

Turned out to be an excellent day to paint the floor of my tractor shed extension.

Great day today highs of 76 no humidity already down to 58 fall cannot be far away. Got finished early today got home at decent hour spent quality time with my best friend my wife so cool. Gout is getting better but skin doctor visit the other day did not turn out as well three more basil cells to cut off which when done in October will make 17. Could be worse but on a good note diabetes is under good control and am getting to cut back on insulin dosages. Will mow grass in morning look at a few jobs then more waxing of cars general stuff around house. Wow it's great to be alive. Drew and Sam be well

Can you comment on the combining of red meat and sugar in the same sentence? I know meat is very, very bad but is sugar as well or did it just arbitrarily get lumped in with meat?

Good question. Doing a few quick searches I can't tell, but I will continue to try to find out.

Supposed to be a lovely day today. I'm off shortly to go pick-up my youngest for our play date today instead of tomorrow so she can go to a picnic/event with her sisters.

I know we will swim today, and we will eat 3 meals. that is all I know so far... Should be a good day.

good morning 51 degrees very nice weather. i'm sure frost is just around the corner, got my taters out of the ground yesterday with some help from Jackie. we had lot of rotten one's where the ground stayed wet for so long. now all I have left as to the garden is some tomatoes and that will end in next couple weeks. mil is doing well so far getting some use back in her right side. Buppies hope everything goes well with the skin problem. are you taking appointments on car detailing???? if so I want the next opening I told Jackie other day that I should be ashamed, I not cleaned up yhe vehicles in over a month. everyone have a great day

44 right now and a high of 73 predicted. No rain today, but 50% probability tonight.

I started mowing the field yesterday but got low on diesel. Since I had to take my wife to the store as well as get fuel, I stopped mowing and did those chores. Be a good day to finish mowing the field and that's what I'm gonna do...
