If you have any hot pepper plants near sweet pepper plants, the pollen sets mixed, and you get hot peppers.

They MUST be seperated by good distance. That is based on the warning I go on my serrano pepper seeds one time...

I would probably LOVE them...

I'm up, wish I could sleep in.

Last night did not turn out as planned, neither did the big meeting with the wife...

She heard me out, but was very terse and istant. I believe she will make a counter proposal that will create a huge disturbance in the force and the battle will begin... Such is life...

I also did not make it to the TBN's house to work on his airplane... No my wife asked me to go fix the JD mower they had messed up so she could mow... So of ourse I went out and fixed it, and the air compressor, and... point is, I went. She took the kids out to dinner so they would not need to see me...

I came "home" fixed dinner, did laundry, and cried into my beers...

Today I am helping a buddies son move out into his first real home as he is getting married in a couple weeks...

Then I plan to shoot my new 9 and make sure it works, and then I have a homework assignment with my pastor I need to review.

Somewhere in there I need to wash my Harley's, I got a new cover for one of them... The other is for sale...

70 right now, high of 88 predicted...40% chance of rain.

Mowed the lawn yesterday (I split that chore over two days normally...depending on my time allowed and the weather, of course) and I'll do the trim work today once it dries up a bit.
I also pulled my cutter (a used Woods Bush Bull 60" unit) out and I'll have to set the slip clutch.
One other chore is to pick up two Adirondack chairs I bought yesterday. They had to be stained so they are supposed to be ready today.

good morning 65 degrees and no rain so far. got to weed eat today and if don't rain wash vehicles. Drew thank's I been called a lot worse. I got some of those hot peppers this year but don't know when there ready to pick, never raised any. Buppies have a safe trip home

I was up early, just not online. Busy day yesterday spraying weeds, etc... Power washer doesn't want to run so I gotta look at that, probably gummy carb from crap fuel.

A sideways (vertical) brush hog is knocking back the trees and brush encroaching on the county road out front. The sides of the trees look all chewed up but it's one project I don't have to do and my tax dollars are hard at work.

Morning y'all. 76 here. Very pleasant. Going up to the mid 90's today. Watching some Tour de France on NBC, then off to the nursery to buy some more plants and a couple of trees for the new beds in front of the house. Need to wash the horse trailer today as well. Will try to get a ride in at some point.

good morning its beautiful sunny morning with 63 degrees.we will have a high of 85 with a chance of evening showers.i tried to power wash the house yesterday had more water coming out of trigger and the seam on the top of the gun.it would only leak bad with the low pressure tip,this does not make sense to me.

RANT - ON!
I absolutely HATE those stinkin' vertical hogs and the mess they make of trees along the ROW. Why-oh-why can't they come up with a vertical rotary blade that's more like a big buzz-saw to cut those trees in more of a trimmed/pruned fashion. Wise County, where I live, has the ROW brush butchers that shred the trees and Montague County has found a solution that's even worse. They have a contact spray poison that only kills the tree and leaves it touches. So in Montague, you have all these trees with a swath of dead leaves that looks like somebody came along with a big 12' wide brown paint brush and painted a swath on each side of the road. Why is it that the county spends our tax dollars on nice looking offices and fancy equipment so the workers/operators can sit in their air conditioned cabs on their fat patooties while leaving such a horrible looking mess after they pass by? If you or I had come up with that idea and done it before they did, we'd probably be fined and thrown in jail. Or maybe they are just trying to make everyone do as I do. I go out and trim all the trees on my ROW so they bypass them with their tree butcher machines.

It started at 71 F this morning, but will make it to the mid-90s this afternoon. All I have to do today is water the garden and yard and make salsa. All the neighbors turn out the lights and act like they are not home when they see me coming with squash and tomatoes, so it's gotten to the point that I have to do something with this stuff rather than give it away.

They were trimming the canopy overhang up the road from me the other day, had it upside down battering the trees. Not sure who thought they were a good idea.
Gotta fix my power washer as well, typical carb issues with mine.
