finished filling in the pool area yesterday, raked and put down grass seed.
Daughter is coming home for the weekend so we will plenty of things to do for sure.

Well, today is the big day! Assuming no issues during the walkthrough (at noon), we close at 1330.
We'll have some plastic totes in the bed of F-150 (some clothes and other odd and ends) as well as some laundry (YES!!!!) on the rear seat. That's the plan...

good morning 48 degrees and very foggy. i noticed our forcast has a frost advisory for sunday and monday night's. i guess thats going to be our 10th of may cold spell. i got to figure out something today to keep the humming birds out of my grage. i can shut doors now but when gets hot no way. everyone have a safe day and good weekend.
