Thanks for thoughts and prayers found one to biopsy hopefully but will know next week five items frozen
Squamous cell not the usual basil cell surgery soon. This one can spread other places but they will get it and move on. New gun coming lever action should be here tomorrow

Bupps, prayers for you and all. Get that thing off. Will they be able to freeze it or do they have to cut it off? Would like to see that gun. Somewhere in my gun cabinet, I have some super hot loaded .45 long colt. Too hot for most guns, but I had a special Ruger pistol that could handle it. My FIL wanted something to "knock a big hog over" He's a very big guy, and after one test fire, he said it was too hot for him.

Good memories going there for a good meal.

Yep, same here.

RNG, I forgot to answer your question yesterday about clover seed. I was actually on the way to Ashland Feed yesterday when you posted. That's where I buy almost all my seed since it's local, and a friendly local business.

Their crimson clover price by the pound was $1.20. I don't usually plant clover this time of year, but picked up 10 lbs to keep on hand, and some sunflower, soybean, cowpea and buckwheat and sorghum seed I'll plant over the next two or three weeks. I usually let the crimson clover go to seed, and then bush hog it, often coming back and planting sunflower or buckwheat on it.

Might start referring to you as Johnny Appleseed. ;)

YANMAR Tractor Giveaway!

I received an email with coupon for $250, $400, or $500 discount on a new tractor.

Anyone ever get any info on who actually won the tractor??

Obviously..... Yanmar added thousands to their email list.

Same here. Now we know the real reason for the "give away". The CEO's son in law(jk) gets the prize and we get the junk email.

Wife's father is in hospital with pneumonia, not doing well.

Got garden cleaned out from last yr. Raked off the weeds using the ratchet rake. Ground wet under all the weeds.

Hope your FIL gets better soon.

Randy, prayers for y'all.

I'm happy to report my back pain was just muscle related, and better now. Also, I'm up to about 90% since my surgery. I still have to have some desk time at work, which is normal anyway. Thanks to all my online friends and their caring thoughts and prayers.

RNG, van looking good. Hope you get the vibration out. New theory, since you said you needed a haircut,,,,you driving with your long hair with the window down might be causing some natural resonance and harmonics. Make sure to lean back inward to bring ying/yang back into balance... :)

Mostly, need SOP's on eyelid leak testing...

Drew, make sure they (lady 1 and 2) don't cross paths... Actually, it's hard sometimes for women to accept a platonic relationship. They see your "stability" and kindness, and their eyes start gazing into the scene with daydreams galore. Many want stability and companionship. Be careful my friend.

Back to the drawing board!!!!
Trench went well, except... not a straight line between the two end points of the propane line.

Guessing this line only extends another 2 ft into concrete before making a 90° connection.

At the tank, the existing line goes wrong direction from what’s needed.

I found some construction photos confirming.

Looks like I’m back to sawing concrete.CIMG2603.JPG

Kyle, glad the back issue was muscle related.

My truck needed a new ac condenser, but the V8 version turns out to be unique and nearly $500 for the part, vs $110 for the V6 unit, and near impossible to find . So my buddy who owns the shop pulled it, cleaned it up and aluminum soldered it. Still have to pull the front cover and headlights to get to it, but bill ended up being $245 vs about $800! I’ll take it. Nothing like friends with talents.

Good evening all. 60F for the start, overcast, 3.8 inch in the gauge, calm wind. wind stayed light today, overcast cleared some in the afternoon, and high temp was 80F. Energy conservation today, 1 line of showers came through late morning not much rain.
Randy sounds like Ellen has a lot on her plate, sorry hear here about your mom, know it is had to watch.
Jay, floaters in your ears or eyes?
David, enjoy your company.
Rick enjoy your company.
payers for all.

Rained all day here. Finally stopped about 6:45pm. Heard voices on the radio this morning suggesting that we may be looking at flood levels this year on par with 1993. That would definitely be less good.

Spent most off the day in the studio, as promised. Got a lot of writing done. I really like days like this.

Bummer about your concrete hopes, David. Sometimes it seems it's just never easy.

I didn't enter that Yanmar contest because we'd just bought the new LS about 2-1/2 years ago. Figured I'd leave it for someone who could actually use it. As it seems I already get entirely too much junk email, I'm rather glad I opted out of that one.

43 right now...high in the mid-50's and...more rain!

64 going to 82 in showers today. We can use the rain, had to hand water entire veggie garden yesterday.

Buppies, heal up including that shoulder. I think you need a week under a tiki hut on the beach in the Bahamas.
And a giant hat.

Kyle, thank you. It's a good test of a lady's character if she still wants me as a friend after she finds
out there will be no romance. And I'm not giving up on romance, simply don't do hookups.
And so far no one I wanted to see more of. No spark. I'll know it if I see it.
Better to be happy by myself than miserable with someone else.
I'm pretty sure RNG wrote that...;)

Came in at 7pm last night, 13 hours, what a long day. Finished up the day running the Farmall through
the newly picked collard field, cultivating some weeds out of there.
Lovely to be in fields after the sun was behind the trees.

61 going to 87 and sunny. Had a rough thunderstorm come through about 6pm. Expecting a lot in the gauge when I go out.

BEF, prayers for your FIL.

David, sorry about your propane line discovery. You're smart about going through this thing logically step by step, so hope you find a trick somehow.

Paul, what type of music are you writing?

Picked up a new bed frame for wife's parents new apartment at Costco yesterday...I tried the 1pm trick, but the place was packed. I guess Thursday doesn't work the way Wednesday does. Took it over along with a cart full of tools. Also, drilled holes and put up a 9 foot curtain rod and curtains. Took photos and texted them to wife in NC. She was real happy. I even took along the Dyson V-10 and cleaned up the drywall dust.

Taking Coconino to the vet for a follow up blood test for her Lyme disease.

Is it really already Friday?
