I had one in 2009. Had gallbladder with a large stone removed. Could have gone to work next day except for Dr’s orders. Solved several problems with what seemed like flu and a cough.

I'm hoping it solves a few issues related to digestion. I have had a persistent cough until just recently. Doctor said to get it out soon. Also said, "Might try changing which side I sleep on for comfort"...I asked, "Should I stand on my head?" "If it helps yes"....

Roy,
The D.I.L was on oxygen for about three months this winter. We kept the generator about 10' from the wood stove and all was good. We ran the tubing into the bedroom and her mask was hanging from the ceiling so the cats couldn't play with either the tubing or the mask.
The supplier of the generator and the extra portable bottles said to keep them 10' or more from the stove.

I see that nobody has mentioned driveway markers, so I will suggest l a r g e rocks and use them for markers.

Had Ladies Day at the church building this morning, so i helped serve food.

Spread my 2 expensive bags of weed killer on a small part of the lawn. That didnt take long.
Finally got windshield on the ranger. Was my christmas present to myself.
Don't recommend this one, but its done. Makes a huge wind difference.

Good evening all. Cold front came through at 2AM this morning, high temp was 63F at the time. Wake-up, it was 52F and dropping. Trace rain, and WINDY. Temp got down to 47F, the back to 50F and the wind backing off, overcast all day with 2 peeks of sunshine. Bike ride got off to a slow start, due to wind and wetness, did get 40 miles in. Did get a nap, got a little chilled while riding.
Roy great news on your wife :cool2:
Kyle hope the stone is dealt with soon.
Rom speedy recovery for your friend.
Prayers for all.

It was 67°F early this morning and it got to 73°F by 11 a.m. the cold front arrived at 11:30 a.m. and temperature dropped 12° in about 15 minutes and it got windy.

Started out in short sleeve shirt and switched to LS shirt at lunch time and added hoodie by 4 p.m.

Prospects of rain, that never really happened kept me from spraying weeds. Winds keep me from more tree trimming.

So .... spent the bulk of the day on the Kubota Zero Turn ..... I think I put about 7 hours on the meter.

Next two days will be lows in the 40's and highs in the 50's.

Kyle .... good luck with your gall bladder. An Air Force buddy had his removed back in the 70's when the Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery was fairly new, as I recall. His surgery was uneventful and he showed up about 5 days later at the motocross track, to race with us. We were in our late 20's. Another friend, had same procedure last year when he was 68. He played golf, the weekend after his surgery.

Everyone have an excellent weekend.

Prayers to all.

Sorry to hear about the gall stones Kyle. Wife’s sister had issue with those in past. Me, I had kidney stones in my early 20’s. Believe me, you don’t want one. Urologist also advised I could expect reoccurrence. Fortunately When I was in the Army hospital in Japan returning from RVN, another patient was being treated for his kidney stones by drinking beer. I took note. No reoccurrence in over 50 years. seems a good proactive treatment.

Well, that is a surprise. My brother said he had a huge single gallstone, and the doctors said to leave it because it was too big to pass into the duct and cause problems.
