Good morning all, start of the week.
23 here, a whole lot warmer than many of you. Going up to low 30's but bright sun for next two days. In fact the national radar is very clear right
now, calm times for all of us, many of you cleaning up the snow.
Heater kept the greenhouse at 56, that worked nicely. I just look out my window and see the orange glow in the clear building.
I'm happy, plants are happy, propane company very happy.
Roy, not like you need to be told to be careful, but be careful. Little at a time.
and poor Jay, staring at his tractor, he's stuck to his recliner with at least a hundred pounds of museum putty and can't move,
frustrated he's not out making big piles of white. Jay, we're with you. Like most of us tell ourselves, don't do anything stupid.
Leave that up to us.
Rich, hope your jaw gets better quick, been there, done that, not fun at all. Good luck on that.
I wish my little town even had a drive thru car wash. Hard to believe a county seat without a car wash.
Driving almost 40 minutes to find the closest one next town over seems like a waste of gas to me.
So I wait for 50 degree sunny afternoons, reconnect the hose and have at it.
Thankfully not much salt here but they do put down brine in snow storms. It just doesn't snow very often.
Ice here is more of an issue. I used to drive in it in emergencies, but no more. Good way to wreck your car or truck, into
the ditch we go.

Phil, I can see you with a big smile out in that warm cab moving the snow. Do you get snagged by neighbors?

time for breakfast and other than planting a few more trays of seeds, greenhouse now about half full, not much planned. 35 and sunny can be pleasant but I'm not working outside in it if I don't have to. Need to call doc and tell them left ear still ringing, buzzing, can't use the phone on that side. I've been checking my BP to see if any relation to noise and none. Now drinking coffee half watered down with decaf, that hasn't made a difference either. And I don't use salt. So...who knows. It's been two weeks so maybe I just have to be more patient. Not my forte...
