Regarding OnTrac, they hire the unemployable it seems. We had one delivery using OnTrac that left "our package" in the our trash can 1/2 mile from house. Not sure why they thought that was ok, but my daughter saw him do it and was bringing the trash can home anyway so she retrieved the package. It was not ours, the ontrac driver pulled into our driveway and wanted the wrong package back and gave us the correct one.
On another occasion, driver marked it delivered but never came. He brought it the next morning around 11am, told me that he was delivering past 9pm the night before and to avoid getting dinged for not finishing, he marked the the ones he had not delivered as delivered and then did the actual delivery the next morning.
I have complained to both Amazon and OnTrac. I have never received a package delivered by Ontrac that was on time. One of their drivers told me that they only have enough people to deliver 3 days a week in this area, but Amazon uses them as if they delivered 7 days a week. We are getting a new Amazon distribution center locally so perhaps some of our delivery times will decrease (or at least be more reliable).
