Good morning!!!!

Mowed a bit this afternoon. Just got diesel filled in the farm tank. It cost a small fortune these days. We have one of the neighbors under contract to sell so we will se what kind of neighbors we get in. Seems when subdivision people move out in the country they don't know how big 5 acres is so some education in the beginning is always needed.
The propane people called and they want to put in a new tank so they better bring out a good size crane to lift over the trees.

Test drove a cx-5 after work. Little small for me, but liked it. Like that it does not have CVT.
None in stock, have to put down a deposit to get in line for the ones coming in a month or more, but I declined. They had some there already spoken for.
Think I’ll wait. I still like forester better even with CVT.
Subaru still not reserving new Foresters though.

Work was work.

Maybe Thursday I’ll take off to look at the lot.

Drew, bet you’re gonna like it. Got a Toto when on sale at Costco a while back, maybe 2 years. Love it.

Pseudo successful day. Errands done without a hitch. Then spent time sending out some important emails, then a few important phone calls. Had to keep escalating the issues "up the chain"..... too many people passing the buck.

Just as I went out to the Jeep to pull it over to the garage, BOOMM! Then another flash and boom. One tiny black cloud causing all this racket! Reminded me of the little black cloud in the Warner Bros. cartoons following the coyote. We did get a few showers, but unmeasurable in the gauge.

The evening weather guessers said we might get more around 20:00-23:00. I hope we do. Here is a recent pic of the storm clouds forming.....

Good (Wednesday) morning. I believe that the Wintery mornings are over... for awhile anyway. I'm not putting my Winter clothes away yet. Morning Low was -1.3C but the frost quickly melted away. It's calm and overcast; presently 13.5C. Apparently the aerodrome received 4.2mm of rain last evening but it completely missed me, which is just fine as the ground here is still 'squishy'.

It's 'into town' day for groceries, petrol, scripts and mail... the PO has notified me that I have a few 'parcels' to pick up.

I do need to spruce up the house in anticipation of picking up a Mate from Brisbane, at Launceston AP, on Friday.

That's about it, take care all.

58F and clear @ 21:00, heading down a low of around 55F overnight.

No mowing done but did get most of the rest of clay pile screened:

Most of what's left above is just stuff that needs put through a second time.

Also got most of what I screened today moved down to the barn, although the screener is full at this point and needs emptied (about 3+ bucketloads):

Salt refilled in water softener and vacuum fixed (tripped circuit breaker)

Mowing definitely on agenda for tomorrow.

Hope everyone had a great day ... (y)

I’m suspecting the noise that developed on my Subaru is a wheel bearing going. I’ll have to Jack it up and see if any seem loose.

Good evening all. 62ºF for the start, clear sky, light breeze. Light to moderate wind, mostly clear sky, and high temp was 88ºF and low humidity again. Bike ride to start day, more wind than the last few days. Was going to mow fron today but lost motivation. Did get nap in, then found multimeter. Started working on why charger not charging trolling batteries, then wife announced she was ready for town run to get groceries and dinner.

59° right now...high in the mid-70's. Don't know how much rain we got yesterday into last night, but it sure was refreshing!
Work went well...had to pick up groceries after work (wifey did an on-line order for the first time). The store did a good job.... everything she ordered was on time and there. I expect we'll do this again
Stepdaughter is improving, but I don't expect her to get to work this week

Libby's pumpkin is claiming to be a substitute for eggs, butter and oil. Did you know that?

That is the first I have seen them advertise it for a substitute in direct competition to the dairy/egg/oil industry.

Good morning! 66˚F heading to 90 with lots of sunshine. Getting ready for a tractor runabout today.
