Glad you’re feeling better Buppies, if my sugar dropped to the 40’s somebody would have to tell me after they resuscitated me!

We had 25 here today. Turkey i cooked didnt quite get done after 3.5 hrs in a cooking bag, maybe his oven didnt get as hot. We cut off the outside that was done and baked it some more. All in all a good day. Only the 2nd time seeing one of my great nephews.

Rswyan left bird feeder down after bear destroyed another one then visited front porch so we are waiting till they hibernate

Happy Thanksgiving all. 31F at the start this morning, clear, light frost, calm wind. High temp for the day was 69F, light wind, and sky stayed clear. Bike ride this morning, 9 showed up for the ride, most everyone's fingers and toes were cold at the start. Got home in time to go to our assigned seating for lunch, then home for nap. After nap got out Christmas lights and got the back yard lights done.

Buppies, picked up one of those bugs on a bike ride. Took 2 days to slow down :ashamed:

Had a really enjoyable time (and a fantastic spread) over at the nephew's and his wife's, with her two sons, their wives and their children. Somehow managed to avoid overeating.

Before we went over I spent some time up in the shop ... got all the rusty nuts and bolts taken off the brace bar on the tines. They were pretty bad ... smoking as they came off. Got a count on the good tines, looks like we need 10 more.

Was 77F in the shop when I loaded the stove up and banked it and shut everything down. Only supposed to go down to 31F tonight, so hopefully won't be too bad in the morning.

I've got sunflower seeds (and no bears) but am having trouble keeping up with keeping the feeders filled ...
