All the young people I deal with at work are Chick Filet lovers.
.

Yep, the article not surprisingly (since it was reported by the NYT) does not reference the study. Just words to fit the narrative of the shocking headline story. (fake news) I'd put the figure more at 2-5% not 25%. I doubt that most in the survey (if there was a legitimate survey) knew what a vegan eats and if the question is asked in a negative way like: Eating Meat causes Global warming, do you eat meat? - instead of - When is the last time you ate meat, chicken, fish, ice-cream, milk or cheese? Just like the doctors ask do you smoke? and the smoker in his mind quit 10 minutes ago and answers no, instead of asking the question - When is the last time you smoked?

Beautiful sunny day. 80ー

Was up till 2am, so slow start. Had meeting at church, we are having worship tomorrow with 6 ft distance and other modifications. Got groceries, and 2 cans diesel and 4 cans gas on way home.

They called for rain here all last week, we got some early Friday and drizzle during the day. Ground already dry. Might mow the front later. Got steaks several weeks ago that will get grilled tonight.

Ron, love the pics.

Here痴 our rhododendron

I have no idea. If they are still out in the morning I’ll try to get a pic of the truck.

After a great steak dinner, now relaxing outside.

I say functionally as I still have some electrical accessory installs.
Cameras/monitor is just temp hook up right now, want to put on own switch unless I can find a switched tap vacant. Also adding USB port and internet antenna., but need a few days to catch up on mowing first. Shaded

great job David! I am a big fan of shade on a hot day.

Great job David. Definitely like the mirrors. Where do you have the camera pointed?

Randy, nice job on the landscaping! Wifey really likes the wagon wheel planter, she says it was a great idea! What type of paint did you use to preserve it?

We went to both HD and Lowes trying to locate materials. Basically no 4x4 treated lumber longer than 8 ft is to be had within a 75 mile radius... alSo not one 2x6 of any length. Limited amount of other lumber. Crazy .... the stores were packed, parking lots full like they were giving stuff away! At least they have a Mandatory face coverings Order in place. No one inside without a mask. We reconfigured our materials list and will be able to continue with the projects. I had called our local lumberyard before making the trip into town... they basically doubled their prices... gouging at its finest!

Tomorrow should be fun... supervising 4 projects now, 2 each for each son!

BEF, wifey planted 4 rhododendrons in the landscaping around the pond. They all have buds now, but only one flower has bloomed. Yours is beautiful!

Thanks Ted. Rear camera is aimed to catch the 3 pt arms for when backing up for hookup, but interestingly it still provided a nice perspective of what I just mowed. Good view of flail when I was backing up by palm trees. Might take me awhile to get calibrated to the scale. Mirrors provide more distance.

Front camera I am hoping will catch the tips of pallet forks. Don’t know yet as I haven’t put them on.

Dennis, I can relate, actually got this camera back in Sep last year.

Good morning all. A nice bit of cloud cover for us this morning and the wind seems to have calmed down quite a bit. I dare not go near trees yesterday, it was again 40mph+ gusts all day long.

Impressive how that drone was able to hold position RNG. Stability in less than perfect conditions is no doubt important for those who are using them for agriculture. They are really starting to "take off" here for arable farmers, thanks to companies like DroneAg, who specialise in software and training for farmers to use drones as everyday practical tools, instead of novelty toys. Morning everyone! 42 here heading to a very sunny upper 60's. Got the garden planted yesterday. Spread mulch around all the bushes and got weed killer on the lawn. Even got the rear mower hooked up to the tractor...busy day.
Today I think I will spray our brick walk with vinegar and salt to keep the weeds down, might do some raking to clean up the winter damage out back. Might say screw it and relax and take a nap. LOL.
Hope everyone has a safe and healthy Memorial day, remembering those that have fallen!
