We were told to stay home if feeling ill in any way ( runny nose, cough, sneeze, fever). Work from home if you can, or take leave. Most of our work has to be done here.

RNG, nice looking gravel. You getting Ted to spread? :)

I'm trading you some firewood pix for the gravel vid. We had to empty the pickups in a hurry, and I haven't built the pallet racks needed, so into the trailer it went...trailer is 5' x 10'...looks like it needs a dose of W&F, or its first wash in 18 years.

Good to know moss can be used as toilet paper, we have plenty growing on the roof.

Any tips for climbing the ladder with jeans around ankles ? :confused2:

Just leave 'em on the ground, Eric. I'm sure that the neighbors in the new subdevelopment won't mind at all...

We have rain in the forecast every day for a week, but since the rain has temporarily quit this afternoon, I went out and dumped the 2.60" we've gotten so far today.

With the news of the virus hitting the surrounding counties, panic buying part two started this morning. At least the grocery stores are getting their stock rotated.
In Trailblazers the trail is looking good and we have started on the picnic areas to be equipped with tables.IMG_3575.JPG

I think Ted's gonna have to arm wrestle Don for the tractor, Wng.

Trouble is, whoever gets here, gets a shovel. I save those easy jobs for me.:D:laughing:

Nice, straight grained oak. Bet that trailer's weighed done!

Thomas- Driving down to the 2 “Big Cities” we frequent gets more & more interesting in a bad way. All the “perceived necessities” are becoming increasingly scarce on the shelves at supermarkets and pharmacies. Liquor stores’ stocks seem to be or probably are increasing presently.

Billy- I have some toilet starts under "the lights" as I type. I am hoping to *** them in a couple of weeks and get the females out earlier this year. Cold TP on a hot bum = hemorrhoids the way I learned it; but my dogs always seemed to love dragging their bums through the ice and snow in their personal care routines. If Eric can do trial runs with his moss; I should at least try a few trial runs like a toboggan on/in the remaining ice/snowpack. I see a lot of exertion expended with your pics and a nice load of oak firewood as the result. Around here oak and maple are the hardwoods of choice (Walnut if one can find it.). For good reasons most of the available hardwood around now has a lot of ash. It splits well and can burn ok green and even better dry. And reduces food resource for the Emerald Ash Borer. I need to check sans Brogen the tree oozings that I saw today walking the hill on some trees. A lot of my old tertiary hard/softwood trees are dying off on the hilll. Many split along their trunks and down due to weather/climate.

RNG- I agree about the oak.

Well....Cleveland Clinic Hospitals now have tests for COVID19 for free with results in 4 hours or so. Our local hospital is part of the Cleveland Clinic system....

Fear and greed drive the stock market. Today started off well due to the morning's dynamics and continued all day on anticipation of the President's declaration of a State of National Emergency (sadly a good thing); waivered as the President began to speak and stabilized and closed on the ^+ as he spoke before the market closed.. We'll see how the stock market responds Monday and I really want a + outcome. Despite the different and equally valid opinions here, we are stronger as a group, we are all in this trip together, and I am happy to be in the company with my fellow occupants of this very, very extended Vanwagon.

There might be an asteroid strike on the Atlantic Ocean soon  If it happens I might have some oceanfront frontage for sale.... ;)

Something else to think about tonight.

I am a bottle of bleach user. Everything we have is white so that makes it easy. I usually wait until mid summer, the hotter the better, spray and walk.

Use my pump sprayer for those higher hard to reach areas.

Mine is light yellow with Navy trim and some white, I do mine around April 1. I use my spray rig and just rinse the sprayer thoroughly when I知 done.
