Cloudy, low sixties and showers so far today. Took my Cub Cadet out to the road to get the trash wheelers after the truck ran, a guy saw my rig for getting the cans up and pulled into the driveway and asked if he could take pictures, then wanted to know if I’d build him one! I told him he take all the pictures he wanted, but I’m not in the implement building business.

Kind of cold this morning -6*. Yesterday was a mix of sun and snow, the sun would come out for few minutes then it would snow for awhile. It did that all day, end up getting about 4 inch. Today is going to be partly cloudy with the high in the low 30's and windy.

I'll go out later and move the snow.

Temps were supposed to warm up and melt the snow we got this week, but started snowing below daylight and still snowing, perhaps an inch...
Went to a dinner seminar last night, nice place, had to listen to a guy talk about how to protect your money using fixed index annuity, what to look for, what to watch out for. It was a very good dinner and the cost was not bad (had to listen to him first). My wife got her prime rib.

36°F and cloudy this morning with some light rain, going up to 44° today. Still expecting a little snow tomorrow, and back up near 70° by Monday. Did I mention ... Weeeeeeee!
Wife cooked some fantastic Cornish hens for dinner last night. First time she's used the convection feature on the new oven, inspired, no doubt, by the new air fryer she seems to love. The hens were a perfect golden brown and absolutely delicious.

I've always wanted to find one of those and fix it up like that. The debut REO album was the first record I ever bought. It's still one of my favorite rock albums. The cover, of course, was a depiction of the front of a Speed Wagon.
I checked, and that company is still in business here in St. Louis.

The sensationalization of these tragic events and their perpetrators by media, writers, entertainer needs to end. Just don’t know how without censorsorship. Seems a sense of decency would be the rule, but profit and gain win out.

I could, can, have spent days looking at that type of stuff, I get to feeling awful old and I'm not when some of that equipment we still use regularly.
The old WD is pretty much parked, but the H is used almost daily to scrape the free stall barn, then the 400 Farmall, a 340, 560 and 656's, 8000 Ford,
IH 1066, 1086, JD 4020 n 4440 they are all to good to be antiques.
