sounds like the recipe for a fine day Ron. Cool here this morning but warming up to a nice day. Am invited over to distant relatives for a barbecue this afternoon and then was told oh by the way we have five other friends, a family from Eqypt will be here too. That should be interesting...
Think I'm going to play hooky from Meeting and go mow fields today. The owner of the land has mixed feelings; he wants his somewhat overgrown fields cut, but he, like I, am an Elder in the same Quaker Meeting, and we really should not be the cause of another missing Meeting...

Had a ton of fun doing it yesterday, and have to remember to take some cds and my ear protectors this time. I find if I crank up the music a bit, it comes through the headphones adequately and the tractor/mower noise is still muted. About three or four hours today will be fine, then I have to clean up and be presentable later. I do clean up...
Our Meeting starts its hour of worship at 10am. Usually when I am out on the tractor, I stop for some quiet time during that hour. Keeps me connected.
they are only five miles away. Easy for me to see and feel the Light and Love from them.
have a lovely day and a prayer for the fallen.
