Good (Monday) morning. Overnight Low was another frosty (for my location) one of -1.8C. It's since warmed up to 8.9C, perhaps reaching 15C this arvo with it being lightly overcast & calm.

All in all, another lovely day planned with a Parish Council meeting @ 1700.

Good evening all. 78ºF for the start, mostly clear sky, breezy. Moderate to brisk wind, sky mostly clear in morning some afternoon buildups, and high temp was 95ºF, HI 106ºF. Made coffee in the morning, help set up chapel, attend, and help tear down chapel, breakfast with the group, organize the day, got some little jobs done, like remove grass build up from mower bottom, I used dry wall spatula to remove old grass) clean & lube Peugeot, and started preparing for trip to Lake of the Ozarks for siblings get together, then to St Louis to visit granddaughter and great granddaughter. I did get a good nap in. Pic from Saturday's ride.

Coffee is brewing. 55° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 78° with plenty of sunshine. Yesterday started out with a drizzle. Did get sun later in the day. By then I had decided to make the day a Conserve Energy Day. Was nice on back porch enjoying the cool breeze. Dr. appointment this morning. Then garden pond maintenance.
Another turkey hen stopped by with her chicks.

If it wasn't for the dew on the grass, I could be out cutting it right now. Before my get up and go takes a hiatus.

70 this morning high near 90 storms return but cooler Tuesday and Wednesday

Finally got grass mowed except side with trees still down and behind building. Hip really hurting this morning

72°, DP 62°, that’s a good spread to start the day, a definite break in the humidity.
Yesterday’s major accomplishment was to go from this-

It was nice having Drew stop by, he left us some fresh veggies, and took home some of Zoe’s DNA. I was actually asleep in the recliner when he rang the doorbell. I was taking a break from unloading.
His speaker project went well, and is completely reversible by removing the wires and connector from the old speakers and installing them on the new ones.
It was too humid and lazy out to mow yesterday, so I mostly puttered with putting gear away and sorting out a few issues that we worked around on Saturday night. Made good headway in that department.
Today will definitely do some mowing, not sure what else I’ll get to, but I’m confident that I won’t be bored.

good morning, 73 going to 84 looks like a nice sunny day

Busy day around here with tree cutting. Brought in a second tree climber and worked all day till about 7:00 PM. Lots of clean up still to be completed today. Drive way is blocked around the house. Interesting to watch them take down a huge dead pine tree leaning in the wrong direction with rope pulling it over. Should be safer around the place and branches hanging down to scrape the van are no more and leaning trees that could be a safety issue are gone

Morning all, 71 going to 85 and sunny.
Yesterday we took the dog to two car shows, one also had some tractors on display.
Then went to pick up the son. We only got to do half of the bigger show as dog was getting too hot, she got an ice for her troubles and was quite happy.

Then got some of the smaller fields mowed.
