Good morning! Low was 47°, going up to 88°. Sunny, light winds at 10-15 mph. Still no precip showing on the 10 day forecast.
RNG, yea! Picking up the van! We are eagerly awaiting pics..... Have a safe trip back.
Drew, hope all goes well with the oil change and prep for the trip.
Dennis, around dormers are the hardest spots to find leaks. Maybe you got lucky with the first bit of caulk.
I have looked at those garage kits. Yes, you could definitely build it cheaper. They are charging to make some cuts for you...... Then you spend more of your own time trying to figure out their instructions!

Ron, neat pic of the black squirrel. I have never seen one in person.... only the standard grey.
More planter work today, but it is to get placed. Need to dig out a bunch of gravel and get down to dirt. I'm anticipating that to be a real pain....
