Good morning!!!!

have you noticed how much cheaper eggs have been in the supermarket?
for you folks who raise chickens
USDA has a monthly analysis
if I'm reading this right...the wholesale average cost of a dozen large eggs is back to about 1.20
which is why they are charging 2.39 in store.
Regular eggs got so expensive for a while the "gourmet" eggs were now competitive.
FWIW, I purchased a dozen eggs last week at the big box grocery store for $1.79. They were only Large grade, so a little smaller than the extra large I usually get and that they had none of. I've been in stores lately that only carried the gourmet eggs, and prices ranged from $5 to $7 a dozen. Good thing I rarely eat eggs.

brrrrrrrrrrrrrWHACK

usually what you hear from a lawnmower right?
in my case today it was my powerwasher, newly equipped with its foam attachment,
throwing a rod, or something. Water started spraying out of inside of case, something split.
my third year on an 80 dollar powerwasher. Oh well.
now....after just spending ten bucks on that foam adapter, do I just get another HF one for 80 bucks or
up my game?

I used a wash/wax mixture, likely a little too heavy, didn't spray very far.
But that could be the powerwasher dying...
I got half the rv done, enough for today.

Went to Costco and picked up 300 plus dollars worth of stuff including some tarps and LED shop lights.
Cleaned out the water outflow under the log cabin and pulled the grass out of there to make the water flow freely.
Set up a few lights in the shop
Split some oversized wood pieces and stacked it making room for more wood stacking.
Picked up the trash can from the road. Putting it up the day-off has stopped the dumping into our trash can. There is always trash being dumped at our driveway because it is very secluded there and it fits with the meal or drink is consumed and trash out the window. Today there was a crop of small liquor bottles.

Cody is out rolling around after his grooming yesterday and then he passes out. But at least he was clean for a day.
