Used to travel there over a several year time span building several projects including the largest Biomass burning project in the US ( Ockeelanta ). This coast line down to West Palm Beach is a very affluent area of Florida> The owners of the biomass projects was the Fanjul Family living in Palm Beach. They operate 170000 acres of sugarcane fields around Lake Ockeechobee
The Fanjuls were Cuban immigrants with sugarcane experience working themselves up to a big operation in the industry. They had a ranch close to the sugar fields that I often was invited to. They had Cuban cooks that were absolutely amazing. A lot of the dishes were pork based and delicious

finally home, what a long day
lot of driving, fun to be with my friend.
First place told me I really should be using a smaller trailer and showed me a similar model without a walk around queen bed
that was lighter and made more sense. Length went from 19 to 16, all they did was put the bed sideways.
For two people, that doesn't work at all. For one person, it's fine. Otherwise identical, stove with oven, dry bath/shower, larger fridge.
Just one place to sit down, the table but that's where the laptop will be anyway.

second place I looked had what I thought I wanted and then the weight tag said it actually weighed 300 more pounds than published.
going to ponder this tonight.
The real issue is do I want this very small trailer or should I get a truck and a bigger one. Need to sleep on that.

at least the stock market went up nicely today

drove past the big stacks of the Limerick nuke plant today, they really are visible from a ways.

the only problem with a boiled potato Don is who wants to eat it plain? I guess the key is the seasoning, not the fats added.
So I can't wrap my potato in three strips of bacon?
You may want to look into a van converted to your needs or finished as an RV as an alternative. You can be stealthy and park anywhere with the right van and with membership to YMCA you can have access to your hot tub anywhere

Potatoes with spicy bean gravy or garlic mashed potatoes.

Potatoe salad with celery, onions, vinegar, mustard, dill, etc.....

Potato soup with onion, basil, garlic, dill, coriander greens, etc...

Potato-Veggie scramble with onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, mushrooms, Italian herb seasoning, paprika, navy beans, cherry tomatoes, spinach, salsa, etc . . .

Sure you can wrap them in bacon but then they will contribute to type 2 diabetes, the choice in yours.

But if you have diabetes type 2 already then potatoes are carbs that has to be proportioned to the meds or if not taking meds limited to small quantities

Thanks Don, sounds like my favorite German potato salad, without any added sugar. I prefer vinegar to mayo anyway.

I'm 5.9 AIC and 103 glucose. I need to get that down.

not very big for sure. Interesting design, door in rear, very unusual. Steps fold down. 2460 dry, should be easy to pull.
instead of weight equalizing hitch like last time, big heavy Blue Ox thing, I went with smaller anti sway bay which they felt would work fine
on this size trailer. Because apparently unlike trucks, the underneath of dashes of modern cars are full of air bags, so they went with an RF wireless
proportional brake controller. But they still have to run a power cable from front to rear of car. Sure hope they do that carefully. Going to sleep on this.

Good (Saturday) morning. Overnight Low of 12C and it's presently 18.6C. Calm, overcast and there was 0.5mm in the gauge at 0900 from a brief early morning shower.

Lawn raking accomplished then, in the early arvo, my Mate & I did a huge tip-run. Found that the 'Tip Shop' was going to close at 1400 so we returned home and loaded up the many de-cluttering items that we thought that they'd accept which was everything except the motorcycle jackets... they were deemed 'clothing' and could be donated at the town 'Op Shop', which can only be donated when the shop is open.

It's a pity that the old clothing drop-box/bin's have been discontinued, even in a wee town, as people have abused the (shall we say) "quality" of the donations.

There's not much, if anything, to get up to today. We'll plan on going out for tea tonight to the local Thai restaurant.

That's about it, take care all.
