61 outside this AM, steady misting with fog about. Fog rolled in last night. Too warm. LOL. Temps will be going downhill from here. Was lazy yesterday and barely kept the wood stove going. Figured it would be best with the weather taking a dive.

Hope all you under this latest storm fare well with power and general conditions.

Too early to see what I should be doing today, weather (rain) may not let me "play" outside.

Good morning, low -10 and the high will be 3°F on the plus side. Wind NE 11 gusting to 17 mph. Sunny!
Today and tomorrow they say it will be sunny, but tomorrow night we will pay for all the sunshine, more snow coming tomorrow night lasting through to Monday morning.

I am slowly getting my tax paperwork done. Still waiting for the T-4s (like the US 1099s). I've got until May 2 midnight to have the tax paperwork into the goobermint. Due to alligatoritus the goobermint gave us a 2 day extension.
I will have it in by the end of March and have the refund spent by the end of April.

You guys dealing with the snow, take it slow and easy. You could always just leave it, it will be gone and a mere memory by June.

I’ll second that. He and his wife are stellar to deal with. I bought a third function valve guard and plugs to use the tube spreaders in the loader for storage, I keep chains and a tow strap in there.

Well an interesting storm for us.
13F as we speak and starting to snow. Presently about an 1 1/2" of frozen sleet and rain on the ground
with just a touch of freezing rain on the tree limbs and such.
Listening to the scanner some of the plows are having problems in that they aren't breaking the icey mess up
and the blades are just skating on it. Garage doors are froze down and the walk door that opens out won't open.
Guess I'll go out shortly and get a couple of doors freed up.

Felt nice outside until I got a couple of hundred yards from the house and the rain hit...I knew I should have put on a jacket and hat. Got outside chores finished, and discovered the last of the snow has melted...first time we've had NO snow on the ground since January 2.

Visited the post office to mail out all the K-1s and financial statements, and also sent my son one of the packages of jerky I ordered from Albuquerque...he really loves jerky so I had bought extra for him...I used to make venison jerky that I later learned my oldest son was selling at school for pocket money. I sure thought he was eating a lot of it..didn't find out until many years later when as an adult it is safer to reveal those childhood secrets.
