Glad it's the weekend!!

Well, my stepdaughter put the mats on the back deck ramp and Margeaux figured it out on her own!!
The first attempt, she went down on her belly...after that, it was Dogwild!
Wish I'd been home to see that, but I thought we'd teach her to wear the booties first.
Coming back up, she either come up the steps, or the ramp. Going up was never a problem....going down steps is the problem
Tomorrow, I'll screw the mats in place although they seem to be gripping OK without the screws...

She's becoming a very loving puppy...I just don't think she was well treated before we got her...

Yep...Jefferson Airplane
Roy your YouTube was on the Smother's Brothers in 1967.
I actually like the way she preformed it two years later at Woodstock.

Now y'all did it I can't get it out of my head.

RNG, I was wondering if anyone was going to pick that up and run with it. :ROFLMAO:

Alas, Drew, these are just the latest two of many for the youngster. He's not owned a vehicle yet that he didn't modify on the go. He still hasn't learned to be a responsible driver.

Hope he is paying for his own insurance.

Good evening all. 66F for the start, clear sky, light breeze. Light wind day, Sky became partly cloudy, and high temp was 89F, DP 63F. Bike ride this morning, and mow the small section I still catch, as trash man now comes to early to mow before he comes. Nap then trip into town to get wife drivers license, watch battery, and dinner. Success on DL and dinner, have to come back to get watch. Early depart tomorrow, as have 1 hr car to a 7AM bike ride.

71F and mostly cloudy @ 00:45, heading down to 65F for the overnight.

Refill hopper feeder first thing, was not completely empty. Still seeing lots of birds around generally though, especially bluejays.

Then mow upper front.

After that I worked on taking bucketloads of screened compost over to the drilled holes - over 40 of them - using the stump/shrub bucket ...

That took the rest of the day, due to the distance and travel time ... but I did get well into putting the second bucketload in a number of holes. Should be able to finish that tomorrow ... after I screen some more compost.

Bucket worked perfectly to deposit the screened compost right in the holes with minimal spillage ... (y)

Also attempted to dig out that one rock that prevented me from drilling one of the holes ... it's looking like it might be a big one, have not been able to find the edge ... yet.

When I went down to feed the fish tonight, I was greeted by a new crop of Super Red Bushy-nosed Plecostomus, about 1/2" to 3/4" in length. It's the first time they have spawned.

Hope everyone had a great day.

good morning all
looks to be a nice day, high in mid 80's with clouds.
I'm working the welcome booth at the Peace Fair this morning, then I hope to snag a burger for lunch and take home something
yummy from the bake sale. I'm bringing cranberry orange scones and my old reliable blueberry muffins.
I was really surprised to see Sea Shepherd as one of the exhibitors:

I'll check out the vegan booths and see if I can snag a good recipe for Don.

Started coffee brewing. 64° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 77° with partly cloudy skies in afternoon. PT went well yesterday. Some of the exercises are tough. But I an starting to feel the difference in my back. Got Shaper put back together and adjusted. Works great for my intended use. Local Alpaca farm is having a open house today. Going to attend if crowd is not to large. No other plans.
Added a perch bar to one of my feeders. Going to get some great pictures when birds use it.

Don, it's been almost 9 month since I got my last Covid shot. Looks like after yesterday's FDA approval for over 65 3rd shot. I will be getting it soon. I never made it to Woodstock. Like a lot of the music from there. My neighbor Dr. told me other day that he was there.

PJ, hope SS get his act together. My youngest GD still does not have her drivers license. Has not mastered the concept of slowing down before making a turn into a drive. I mentioned her problem may be her parents who she drives with. o_O

Popgadget, great B29 Doc pictures.

Thomas, good reminder for to me to get drone out a get some photos of trees as the are turning color at my place.

Drew, blueberry muffins would never make to sale at my place.

Roy, good dog ramp is working.

Mostly, have a good ride today.

Buckeye, great dinner view.

Everyone stay healthy and safe.

Good Morning All.

Looks like a great place to eat and enjoy the sights
nothing like sitting with an ice cold beer and a lobster roll or crab cake overlooking a marina full of boats and the Bay in the background.
Even better if you can be there later in the afternoon when the sport fishermen return with their hulls painted all those pretty pastel colors

62° right now...feels a bit cooler, probably because it's damp... High in the mid-70's and a chance of rain.

I'll head out in about an hour or so for the dump run, gas for the mower...then to Randolph to pick up a prescription and haircut.

As I'd written late yesterday, Margeaux is using the ramp. I'll affix the mats (3 of them) with screws and rubber washers.

After that...don't know yet...but I'll think of something....or wifey will think of something!

64F foggy clouds change afternoon shower mid 70's for high.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
No trimming or mowing this weekend  for the grass has slow in growing,if holds true like years gone by 3-4 weeks I'll be blowing leaves.

Plans for today...dump run, critter food 3 more stops, check game cams, finish pulling veg plants and rough up the ground for winter.

Enjoy your day all.
