The bond will only get stronger. :)
Yep, she's really becoming a member of the family!!!

First week or so, I really wasn't sure if we'd made a good decision. I don't know if I can recommend getting a rescue pet from out of state. Margeaux and the family took a while to work things out, and that takes patience. I'd asked the wife (who had complained quite a bit) if we should get rid of the pup...the response from both wife and stepdaughter was a resounding "NO!!!" I'm glad we hung in there...

A week or so back, Drew had posted something about an oil extractor (for changing the oil in a mower or other small motor). Seemed like a good idea, so I ordered one from Amazon:
This got pretty good reviews from previous purchasers. One complaint was it doesn't pull all the oil from the sump, but the instructions are specific about raising one side of the mower (or whatever) to ensure all the oil can be picked up by the pump.
I've always changed oil at the beginning of the mowing season, but I've read it's better to change it before off season storage...so, that might be a task this year. Hope it works as advertised!
There's some pretty good tips (from previous buyers) on how best to use it, so if anyone is interested, read through the reviews...

Good morning! 65˚F heading to the low 90s with lots of sun.
Drew quite an assortment of vendors there. I don't think the vegans there are in it for the nutrition as much as animal rights so the recipes probably have oil in them, but I'm curious to see what you find out. Our NEW neighborhood plant based group will have it's first get together next week and I hope they are nutritious oriented. I'm pretty sure they are because they are a sub group of the Gardens club.

Got my results back from the antibody test:
SARS-CoV-2 Semi-Quant Total Ab test
positive
1746.0 U/ml.

Range is from 0-2500 U/ml.
I had my second Moderna 7 months ago.
Any amount over 0.8 is a positive result
Tested here:

good morning all
looks to be a nice day, high in mid 80's with clouds.
I'm working the welcome booth at the Peace Fair this morning, then I hope to snag a burger for lunch and take home something
yummy from the bake sale. I'm bringing cranberry orange scones and my old reliable blueberry muffins.
I was really surprised to see Sea Shepherd as one of the exhibitors:

I'll check out the vegan booths and see if I can snag a good recipe for Don.

My wife likes to make scones also. She said they look good

Good Morning.
Another sunny day headed to the 90’s here in Wichita.

Yesterday’s simulator session was interesting. They sure keep you busy. Today will likely be more so with lots of things breaking or malfunctioning.
Looks so peaceful in there without us in it.

Roy, my wife is having alpaca farm days next weekend, and I’m not of much help getting set up when I’m over 1,000 miles away. I’ll be back Friday night, but everything will ready by then. Fortunately, our sons and neighbors are pitching in and should be able to get everything ready.

Lot of money sitting in the water, they have 5 piers like this. A bay technically off the patapsco river, since it is west of fort Smallwood. Now wife wants to go. Only about 10 miles from the office.

Son got in ok. He is here a week, will work from here. He’s going to a concert Sunday night and then over to WV next weekend to visit a friend.

We have tickets for a concert at the fair tonight. Will probably wear masks.

Got another .5” of rain yesterday, just on and off between sun coming out. Overcast now.
Nothing on agenda other than tonight.

I found the cupholders. Do I pass?

You can alway take class notes in this book. But when flying don't let the passengers see it , it may be a little un-nerving for them.
