Weather not being cooperative. 1140 and raining so even if it stopped it wouldn’t dry out enough no matter how sunny.
So, slowing wiring outlets in the caretaker unit.
Yes, RNG, she has seen the progress since 1st visit. A bit of background. She is a disabled Army Vet, in some sort of VA program. Don’t have a lot of details and this day and age unsure what I can even ask directly. She came highly recommended by my neighbor, having picked coffee for him last year. Her current housing situation is changing this fall, hence the attractiveness of my offer. She goes back to DC for VA so flexibility is a factor. Fortunately her Mom works for the airlines so she gets flight benefits. Have to say, I’m impressed with her work ethic so far. Today she sent a text saying she’d like to learn/help do some of the studio construction stuff. Have to think about that as I pretty much plan my work as a solo performer except Sophie lending a hand when needed. We have also discussed she may take advantage of our space and do some ag stuff on her own based on some university ag courses. She’s doubtful of being able to return to what we might consider full time regular appointment other than supplementing her VA. She and Sophie get along quite well and she is an animal person, even being corrective with my sometimes rambunctious pup.
