Well, the neighbor does not have to stay isolated upstairs anymore, his wife has it also now. Neither have fever. About 70% do not have fever so those places that take your temperature - it's mostly only a feel good thing and not an effective screening for covid.

Temps stayed below 90 at the park today so it was tolerable but not a good recovery day from yesterdays attic work.

Got a doctor's appointment this morning. I've been having bouts of vertigo/dizziness recently. I'm thinking it might be low BP...but there's other possibilities.

A damp morning here has brought the swallows close in to the buildings, they have been doing non stop aerobatics to catch breakfast. Lambs have been growing fast, the first 20 of the year will be going off today.

good morning all. Heat wave coming in, mid 90's through the weekend and dry. I wonder what will be caught on fire
by fireworks in this weather.

thanks for all the kind words and support. Hopefully just a bump in the road, though a big one for me. Place in PA that I want to move to next emailed me yesterday and said the unit of my choice was ready the end of this month. Had to tell them too soon, want to finish what will be another two months of chemo here, no desire to change doctors in the middle of treatment, particularly when locals are doing so well. I just have to be patient which is not my strong point.

I have Jay's home address; will send him a card and send best wishes from all of us.
And glad to hear Mollala's on the mend, hope he is not too uncomfortable.

not much planned for today, facility has a Zoom tablet set up for use by residents, going to inquire about that.
Though I do have a camera hookup for my pc, probably ought to figure that out.

Storms missed us yesterday, but really dumped nearby.

We need the rain, but I was kinda glad it didn't...I had just sprayed 50 gallons of gly over a 3 hour period when the first storm came nearby...heard/felt a big blast of thunder and my weather app showed lightning strike 0 miles away.

75 outside this AM. Heading into the 90's. Nice dew on the ground this AM. Will mow grass this afternoon. Got someone to come by and look at working on my porch and barn ceilings. Both have original woodwork that needs to be fixed. Yeah. Got the estimates and signed off on the tree work. Ouch. Will bite the bullet hard and take down three maples that are overhanging the house. And a cedar in the front. Heading to the bank tomorrow to sign off on the paper work for that, and start fencing and watering systems for another 20 acres. Wife thinks I should demolish an equipment shed and build a garage with living space for who knows who. LOL. I'd like a new garage for my toys. Hmmm.... I keep thinking, you can't take it with you so why not? And the prices of homes around us are -

Coffee just finished brewing. 58° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 91° with abundant sun. Got lawn mowed along with some trimming and weed killer. Thistles have a been problem. Got tractor out and chopped them up with flail mower. Back to scraping and priming on barn today. Give dogs a bath. Then stay in house where it is cool.
Getting pictures of birds has dropped way off. Male Bluebird has run off every other bird that comes near bird houses and feeders.

Drew, prayers that recovery continues. Please send Jay the card.
