Good evening all. 65F for the start, partly cloudy, calm wind. light wind day with moderate gusts, sky did not cloud up much more, and high temp 85F. Mowing this morning, then nap then launch the boat and help with carp removal. Process went faster, and all I ended up doing was unloading carp and help load equipment back in truck. Help the wife make marjoram meatballs for dinner :licking:

Good luck LS. I have tried everything I can think of to summon a few dark clouds. Today in desperation I am sifting sand to make a start on more pointing and rebuilding part of our old bull pen brickwork. Hadn't intended starting that before autumn, but other than taking a roof off, baiting for rain with some lime mortar to wash out is about my last resort.

Unfortunatley so PJ, lots of items have gone that way, with not a single screw in sight. The simple screw has got to be one the best ever inventions, so simple, cheap and effective, yet now it is despised by some manufacturers who prefer to incorporate user-hostile methods of assembly.

Drew, no sheep pics today, but I did take a couple of poppy pics and you can while away a few minutes use your imagination to fill in what the big pond at the end of the track looked like reflecting the blue sky, with coy pairs of ducks slowly paddling in and out of the reeds.

Cam had to much damage and cause by bear...Chowder all gone barely enough for seconds. :licking:
