Dougtrr2 - I use plain old cotton gloves when I chip all my small pines. It takes me about 20 hours to chip all the pines I thin from my stands. The bark on pines is just like coarse sand paper. I can got thru the palms of a new set of leather gloves every spring. NOPE - cotton is cheap and still protects.
