Gc2600

Hello, I have a new gc2600. When I turn on the ignition without engaging the starter it makes a fast clicking sound from under the floor board . This sound does not shut off after any amount of time. Is it normal? What is it?

It's probably the electric fuel pump. Normal.

Ok thanks, I guess I figured the pump would shut off when sufficient pressure was achieved. Thanks

there must be some sort of relief valve inside the pump.

on the up side, if you forget to turn the fuel valve on, or run the machine out of fuel, all you have to do is let the pump run for 15-20 seconds, and start it up... no fooling around bleeding anything :thumbsup:
