Unusual, when barrel goes down the gallon or liter usually goes up but taxes never change.

$1.83......Sam's Club price, this afternoon in Canton.

Prices climbed a few cents around me but are still under 2 bucks. Two bucks is kind of a benchmark for "my economy". It makes a difference when you are on a fixed income. No matter the price though, I try to plan ahead to minimize my gas expenses.
